Vacation home Dreiländerblick with sauna, table tennis and 150 meters from slopes

Our holiday home is located at the Dreiländereck skiing and hiking area in Seltschach.
With great care we have furnished our house and hope that everyone will feel comfortable and our house contributes to a nice holiday feeling.
Both in summer and in winter there is plenty to do and experience in this beautiful region for every age.
You can have breakfast in Austria in the morning, go skiing and have lunch in Slovenia and end the day with a delicious pizza in Italy.
In the summer, the many beautiful lakes in the area provide a pleasant refreshment.
The direct environment is ideal for all types of cycling and walking.
Our house is located at 680 meters altitude and 4 kilometers from the highway. You reach our house via a good provincial road, which is kept free of snow in the winter.
Our holiday home is part of a two-under-roof and has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are on the first floor and 1 bedroom in the attic.
Our house can accommodate up to 8 people.
Next to the house there is a carport and you have access to a deep back garden, which faces south and bordering a stream. In our house you can also use a high chair, camp bed, Nescafé machine and a normal coffee machine.

The modern kitchen is equipped with appliances such as ceramic hob, combi microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer.
You can also use a kettle, nescafé coffee machine and a normal coffee machine.

The dining area seats 8 people, where you can enjoy your meal or play a game with one of the existing board games and puzzles.

Watching TV, with many channels via Canal Digitaal, is done from the corner sofa and the sofa is the place to read a good book. The wood stove also provides alternative heat and a nice atmosphere.

1st floor
On this floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The bedroom on the south side has a large balcony (2.50 X 5 meters). From here you have a view of the mountains and the ski lift, which you can use during the summer and winter to bring you to 1560 meters altitude, where you can visit the three-country point.
This bedroom has a 2-person box spring bed.
After a day of skiing it is wonderful to relax in this room in the sauna

The bedroom on the North side also has a double box spring bed and a single box spring bed. Furthermore, both rooms have a large wardrobe.

Both bathrooms are the same and have a toilet, sink and shower.

Via a special staircase, which is less suitable for people with walking difficulties, you reach the attic.
The attic can accommodate 3 people. Here are a 2-person box spring bed and a 1-person box spring bed.

The whole house is equipped with shutters, which keep the heat out in the summer and in the winter also ensures a pleasant stay.
The ground floor and the first floor have underfloor heating.
Fast wifi is available throughout the house.

Our holiday home is easily accessible by car.
You drive almost exclusively on highways, only the last small piece of 5 kilometers you drive on a good provincial road.
Flying is also an option. You can fly to Klagenfurt, Salzburg, Ljublana and Venice.
Depending on the chosen airport it is about 30 minutes to 2 hours drive to our holiday home.
