Spectacular location for family holidays

Splendid spacious apartment, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything necessary for the holiday. The view is amazing, the village is fascinating, and Katarina is so kind and disposable in case of needs, or just to have information about places and events. We will surely come back

Great apartment, lovely host, excellent views

The apartment was very well positioned with lots to do in the area. Our host, Katarina, was very friendly and informative, keeping us up to date with travel news (we were there during the floods) and recommending places to go and things to do in the area. Property was very clean, nicely furnished and there were beautiful views of the mountains from both balconies. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for two couples to eat and sit together inside and out on the balcony. The host kindly provided me with alternative pillows due to allergies and was eager to make sure we were as comfortable as possible.

There was nothing that I did not like however it would have been great to have an oven and a washing machine in the apartment (however the host did offer to wash our clothes for a small fee). The upper balcony bedroom was open and situated above the living room which meant that it wasn’t possible to use the living room once the couple using the balcony bedroom had gone to bed, not a deal breaker for me but the apartment might be better suited to families with teenage children. A door separating the bathroom and back bedroom from the living room and second bedroom would increase privacy and reduce disturbances.

Great place for hiking and cyling around Kransjka Gora.

Very nice and modern appartement in a small village close to the mountains and great for walking and cycling. The owner of the appartement is very friendly and helped to find nice hikes in the neighbourhood.

Clean and beautiful apartment with an amazing terrace and view.

The apartment exceeded our expectations because everything was very clean, well kept and felt like brand new. We were able to cook when we wanted to. The bathroom is very spacious and the mountain view from the terrace (which is private for every apartment, so we had breakfast there every morning and watched the stars at night) was very nice as well. Katrina is a lovely and most thoughtful and attentive host, she gave us good tips about restaurants and activities. The home made marmalade and wine we were given were delicious! Bonus: she speaks different languages including Dutch.

Superb

Fantastic location, ideal place for hiking both in Slovenia and Italy ( if you have a car). Host very kind, helpful with planning our trips, all her tips vere excellent. Apartment on the 1st floor has an amazing view of the mountains and interesting disposition, might be a bit more comfortable for 5 adults (air-conditioning of a sleeping floor)

Just details, we missed a spot for the trekking shoes and a tea-pot

Look no further than this incredible apartment

Beautifully furnished accommodation in incredible location. The apartment contained everything you needed including an ice machine. The location is perfect with beautiful views of the mountains. If you want peace and quiet but still be able to walk into the busier centre of Kranska Gora this is the ideal location. The Hosts are amazing and could not be more helpful. I will definitely book this apartment again and would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to this area.

Very kind welcome and lots of useful advices from Katarina regarding how to spend time well in Ratece. Child-friendly, very clean and well equipped accomodation in wonderful environment.

A Quiet Alpine Chalet

The apartment was well furnished and traditionally decorated in wood paneling. The view of the mountains was spectacular. Location was perfect for exploring the Julien Alps. Our hostess was very nice and attentive.

Katarina was really kind and helpfull. She told us a lot about the area and had good advices. We went on a hiking holiday and the location was perfect to start our journey. We had a very pleasant stay and can recommend this apartment to everybody. Its clean and you cant imagine a beter hostes.
