Lovely apartman

This is a lovely apartman with a well equipped kitchen. Absolute cleanliness everywhere, even in the remotest corners... The terrace runs on both the south and the west side of the apartman, with table and chairs to enjoy the view. The windows are almost totally sound proof, so with the windows closed you can hardly hear any traffic noise outside.

The apartman is just a couple of meters off the main road and therefore traffic noise can be bothering for some people.

Brand new apartment, equipped with everything we needed. Very clean. Friendly and responsive host. We really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was very clean

When we were booking the apartment, we looked through the photos and found info about two apartments; Ula and Nik. Both seemed really nice. It turns out that there is a third apartment of which we were unaware because only names Ula and Nik were shown. We booked the smaller apartment for the three of us believing we will have a balcony, beacause two balconies were shown. Upon arrival we realized that there is an apartment Anja, in the attic with only tiny windows. In the winter this wouldn't be an issue but during summer we wanted to have a balcony. We told the lady who hosted us that had there been a photo of the third doors with Anya on it we would realise it is a smaller apartment and wouldn't even consider it. She said only I am sorry. The same day we realized that the door lock is not working from the inside, meaning the door can be opened at any time, and steep stairs follow the exit. We were with a 18month old toddler running around all the time so this was a dealbreaker for us - having a practically opened door was an unacceptable risk. In the end, when we were leaving, putting our luggage in the car , it seems the owner came, however he didn't say hi or anything at all. Basically after we complained to the owners' sister, the owner didn't bother to contact us at all. All in all horrible!

This is a really nice, clean and very comfortable apartment, ideal for a company or family of four or five. The wiev is fantastic from every room. The apartment is next to the road, but there isn' t any traffic noise on the roads at night.

Apartmaji Marica, great place to stay. Realy easy to enter with the door code. It gives you flexibility with the arriving time. Appartment for 2 was great. There was kitchen with appliances and kitchenware (without dishwasher). Sofa and good smart TV in the living room. Comfy bedroom. Parking is free. Bathroom is nice and large. But the wow factor definetly is balcony alongside appartment. You can enter it from the kitchen and bedroom. And the view is great - alpine ski slopes. We woud recommend Apartmaji Marica to everyone.

Lokalizacja, przepiękne widoki. Cisza, mimo bliskości drogi. Świetne wyposażenie, jest wszystko co potrzeba. Plac zabaw na zewnątrz dodatkowo umilił czas najmłodszym. Blisko do Zelenci Nature Reserve - krótki spacerek. Bardzo mili i dostępni właściciele. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

Bilo je čisto in umirjeno. Apartma je dovolj velik in lepo in praktično opremljen. Zelo smo bili veseli garaže, kjer smo lahko varno shranili in polnili e-kolesa. Prostor je nadzorovan s kamero. Odlično ! Vrata se odklepajo s kodo, ki jo vtipkaš ali prisloniš obesek od ključa. Praktično. Vse deluje, kot mora.

Jaz bi edino zamenjala dve klopi v kuhinji za 4 klasične stole, ker na klopeh je težko sedeti, če se nimaš kam nasloniti. Na steni poteka ravno čez hrbet, če se nasloniš, radiatorska cev

Gostitelji so izjemno prijazni in gostoljubni, vedno pripravljeni pomagati. Apartma je bil čist, lepo urejen in res na visokem nivoju. Lokacija je odlična – mirna, a hkrati zelo dostopna, z bližino kolesarskih in sprehajalnih poti ter gora. Na voljo so tudi igrala, kar je super za družine. Kuhinja je bila lepo založena, apartma brezhibno čist. Ni bilo nobenega problema, da je za eno noč prenočil še moj brat – le obvestili smo lastnika. Gostitelji so res presegli moja pričakovanja in se z veseljem vrnemo. Čista desetka. Res iskrene pohvale – top!
