Perfect!

Nice, cozy apartment right in the centre of a picturesque village near Kranjska Gora (with a direct view of the ski world cup slope :)) with quiet, green backyard feat. jacuzzi (perfect for chill-out after all day activities). Beautiful surroundings with the Julian Alps around. We enjoyed our stay there very much. We spent one day with kids on bike trip to Pericnik Waterfall using perfect cycle path that is near (about 500m) from the apartment, next to Zelenci Nature Reserve (another great spot). Also we went for a short hike to the lake Jasna and the sport training center Planica. I really appreciate the great communication and helpful advice from the landlord, Klemen. We would love to visit this place again sometime in the future, there is still a lot to explore.♥︎

Great stay in heart of Julian Alps

Good localization, near to Kranjska Gora and opposite to restaurant. Apartament 2 have big rooms, good enough kitchen and litle but funcionational bathroom. The best in this offer is jacuzzi in garden. Great idea. Owner was very kind and helpfull.

The whole stay was perfect. It is a lovely place. I didnt miss anything in the apartment as far as equipment. The surrounding is beautiful as well and it offers a lot of possibilities to do and visit.

Izjemno udobno in lepa atmosfera

Izjemna lokacija, lepo dvorisce, neverjeten pogled in zelo udobno ležišče. Ravno prav oddaljeno od najbolj pomembne infrastrukture. Zelo prijazno osebje in vse zelo dobro počiščeno. Vglavnem zelo prijetna izkusnja.

Nou het na beviel helemaal niks

De badkamer zat onder de schimmel en het was het er enorm koud en niet warm te krijgen. Ook adverteren ze met een hottub maar die werd net gesloten en mooie foto’s maar in het echt staat de hottub onderaan de parkeer plekken. Niet heel relaxt

Il giudizio resta positivo perché potenzialmente è molto carina ma è necessario un ammodernamento.

La Posizione a Podkoren è molto tranquilla e strategica per le escursioni. L'appartamento è carino, comodo e confortevole, corrisponde alle foto presenti nel sito ma probabilmente le foto hanno qualche anno ed alcuni dettagli sono ormai deteriorati. La jacuzzi è stato un ottimo momento di relax di fine giornata ed il posto auto privato è molto comodo.

L'appartamento n. 2 (fino a 5 ospiti) sebbene molto carino è stato lasciato andare, probabilmente usurato dalla presenza dei tanti ospiti passati nel tempo ma mai rinnovato, ed ora è visibile il suo decadimento. Il bagno è piccolino, non ha bidet ed il lavandino è piuttosto piccolo ed è inevitabile far cadere l'acqua a terrà mentre ci si lava. La dotazione di detergenti in bagno consisteva in un solo sapone liquido sul lavandino. Le posate sono veramente poche, i bicchieri si presentavano uguali due a due, alcune stoviglie in vetro erano sbeccate, una delle due padelle in dotazione era orribilmente deteriorata ed annerita, dallo scolapasta si staccavano pezzi di vernice verde durante l'uso con il rischi di contaminare il cibo, il pavimento in legno presentava ovunque larghe fessure (con la sporcizia visibile), il piatto doccia presentava profondi righi neri di muffa o sporcizia. La jacuzzi è stata molto divertente anche se causa troppa presenza di cloro (segnalato) abbiamo avuto una sgradevole avventura notturna presso la guardia medica,

Ambiente accogliente e curato. Giardino con erba alta nei primi due giorni, poi sistemato e reso molto confortevole.

La seconda camera buia e un po' umida, ma i proprietari hanno avuto l'accortezza di mettere a disposizione un deumidificatore.

Duże rozczarowanie

Apartament położony w niedalekiej odległości od Kranjskiej Góry. Podkoren urzeka widokami i spokojną, wiejską atmosferą. Austria i Włochy w odległości kilku kilometrów, co sprawia, że można zwiedzać nie tylko Słowenię, ale również piękne miejsca u granicznych sąsiadów. W mieszkaniu dostępne ręczniki, ściereczki i płyn do naczyń oraz tabletki do zmywarki.

Wróciliśmy do tego miejsca po roku. Wcześniej wynajmowaliśmy duży apartament w tym roku mniejszy. Niestety to, co zastaliśmy było tym razem rozczarowaniem. Po pierwsze apartament nie był dokładnie posprzątany. W wielu miejscach był kurz, pod prysznicem i na fugach było sporo grzyba, naczyń i sztućców było naprawdę mało. Kiedy zwróciłam uwagę właścicielowi, że kapie coś z pochłaniacza, i że jest brudno, zapytał, czy może ktoś przyjść i posprzątać - nie zgodziłam się, bo mieliśmy już wszystkie swoje rzeczy w środku, ale byliśmy poza mieszkaniem. Niestety pomimo braku mojej zgody, ktoś wszedł i wyczyścił pochłaniacz, nie informując nas o tym. Właściciel na drugą wiadomość już nie odpisał.

La ubicación, es perfecta para visitar los sitios más importantes de la zona. El apartamento estaba muy limpio.

No era adecuado para cuatro personas, había un sofá cama en la cocina y apenas quedaba sitio de paso. Era más viejo que lo que parecía en las fotos. El jardín estaba bastante descuidado.

Piękne miejsce

Odwiedziliśmy to miejsce już po raz drugi, co chyba jest najlepszym dowodem z to, że warto! Poprzednio mieszkaliśmy w sąsiadującym większym apartamencie w tym samym budynku. Przepiękny stary dom. Właściciel jak zawsze bardzo miły i pomocny, lokalizacja doskonała, wszędzie blisko, otoczenie urokliwe i bardzo spokojne. Wyposażenie wystarczające nawet na długi pobyt. Sporo miejsca. Cena poza sezonem niewysoka. Miejsce postojowe ( w cenie pobytu) właściwie pod samym oknem. Nie trzeba wchodzić po schodach, także zmęczeni po wyprawach dają radę dojść do pokoju :) W szczególności przy dobrej pogodzie jest to lokalizacja idealna na mniej lub bardziej aktywny wypoczynek przez cały rok. Właściwie "za płotem" Austria i Włochy , mnóstwo pięknych miejsc do odwiedzenia gdziekolwiek się pojedzie w zakresie do 200km. Najważniejsze wygodne buty i dobre hamulce w samochodzie ;)

Szkoda,że nie mogę zamieszkać tam na stałe :)

Dogodne położenie zarówno na wakacje zimowe jak i letnie.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. 20 min na narty do Włoch,5 min do Kranjskiej Gory. W pobliżu skocznia w Planicy i trasa zjazdowa PŚ. Apartament przestronny Dużo miejsca do przechowywania. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co potrzebne na pobyt wakacyjny. W apartamencie ciepło, z możliwością regulacji temp. Standard apartamentu średni, adekwatny do ceny.

Bardzo mała łazienka.
