Great place, great apartment and host.

Franci, the owner is a very nice person, sportsman, skiing teacher. The apt is modern, great, practical, well equipped, it is very close to the cross country skiing tracks or skiing slopes, perfect location. The washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher make your stay a lot comfortable. The landscape is amazing whereever you look. Ratece is charming, there are restaurants very close, if you need them. This is the second time we have been to this region, and we love it. People are friendly too.

Everything- perfect apartment, very clean, warm, comfortable, very friendly host who had thought of everything needed for a wonderful stay. The town also had a few restaurants. Cannot wait to visit again.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Everything was brilliant: the host was very friendly and welcoming, the apartment was newly renovated and fresh, it was very clean and had all necessities. The area is a little picturesque Slovenian village with some restaurants offering typical cuisine, it also has local honey, cheese and milk stores. The area has beautiful forests, good bicycle trails and hiking spots, so it is a good fit for an active vacation. The place is very calm, so you can sleep well. Thanks a lot for all the hospitality and best wishes!

Immaculate modern apartment - exceptional!

The hosts are really welcoming and friendly. The apartment has been immaculately refurbished, is modern and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking items. It is located in a tranquil and picturesque village, and is well located for hiking and cycling activities. It was a bonus to use the outdoor seating area and garden. We had a super holiday.

wonderful to stay and enjoyable

The house was decent with everything you may need during a stay, in a beautiful village and easy to go a lot of places nearby. But the host especially was very kind and helpful, even though we saw a flat tire in the morning he helped me to change it and drive me to mechanic to fix with his own car without asking anytihng in return. next time i would definitely prefer again for sure.

The apartment is amazingly nice, warmly furnished, clean and literally fully equipped. It's located in the edge of this lovely village, like one of the local houses as it's part (fully separated) of the Host's house, who is extraordinary calm and helpful. Very comfortable and spacious modern place

The place is huge and very well equipped - there was nothing that we needed and was not there. Kitchen is fully functional and huge, with dishwasher, oven, huge fridge, TV is big... Bed in bedroom also - and very comfortable. Host was very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our 2 day stay at the place.

čist in udoben apartma, prijeten za družinsko bivanje na mirni lokaciji. Prijazen in ustrežljiv lastnik. V apartmaju je bilo vse od olja, soli, začimb, kave, do mila in vseh potrebnih čistil ter v kuhinji veliko posode za kuhanje. Z veseljem se ponovno vračamo.

Voglio tornarci!

Wow! Ampio appartamento con un televisore gigantesco. Vi dico solo che una sera ci siamo visti una partita dell'NBA in diretta e sembrava di essere in campo. Situato al piano terra, è facilissimo da raggiungere. Da lì si possono raggiungere in pochi minuti le piste da sci di Podkoren e Kranjska Gora. Presente lavastoviglie e lavatrice con asciugatrice. Sarei rimasto volentieri qualche giorno in più. Se dovessi tornare da queste parti, sarà uno dei primi di cui guarderò la disponibilità. Ci tengo ad aggiungere tre dettagli. Non solo il titolare ci ha gentilmente prestato un telo da mettere sopra la macchina durante le gelide notte invernali ma al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un gentile omaggio e al momento di andare via, ci ha regalato un pezzo di un dolce locale preparato da sua moglie davvero squisito. Grazie!

Odeje in posteljnina je disala po sveze opranem, prostori cisti, omare za zlozit stvari dovolj velike, zacimbe, milo, toaletni papir je ze v apartmaju. Lastnik je zelo prijazen, lokacija mirna.

Super, povedala by som až nadpriemerne vybavená kuchyňa, všetko bolo čisté a voňavé, obrovská telka a rozkladací gauč rozhodne bodne po športovom dni. Pri príchode nás privítala fľaša vína, počas pobytu sme dostali dokonca ryžový nákyp od pani majiteľky 🫶🏼 pán majiteľ tiež veľmi milý. Veľkou výhodou je práčka a dokonca aj sušička čo je obrovské plus najmä keď je potreba oprať oblečko po dlhom dni a na další deň ho chcete používať znova. Lokalita je doslova dokonalá, niekomu by nemuselo úplne vyhovovať tiché prostredie ale do Krajnskej Gory to je autom pár minút a kúsok od ubytovania je super cyklostezka ktorá vedie popod hory. Rovnako kúsok autom ku skokanským mostíkom prípadne super na prechádzku. V mestečku je pár pohostinstiev takže sa tam dá aj super najesť a malý obchod ✨😋

Apartma je bil velik, izjemno očiščen, prijeten za bivanje in na izjemni lokaciji. Tudi gostitelj je bil izjemno prijazen in pripravljen pomagati. V apartmaju je bilo vse od olja, soli, začimb, kave, do vseh potrebnih čistil za sprotno čiščenje. Midva sva prišla z namenom teka na smučeh in v neposredni bližini apartmaja (v daljavi progo vidiš skozi okno) se nahaja tekaška proga Rateče, ki je primerna za vse od začetnikov do profesionalnih tekačev. Priporočam 👌
