We were very pleased and would definitely book again.

The house is located in a quiet street of the village, had enough parking for all of us and was easy to access. We were a big group and rented 2 apartments in the same house, giving us enough space. Kitchen was well equipped, so we could easily cook and prepare snacks for our daily activities in the area. The owners were super helpful via the messages and answered any extra questions we had promptly.

Big and comfortable house, excellent communication, easy to get to Kranjska Gora with a car.

The house was very clean. Instructions how to get to the house, parking information and entry details were very detailed and clear. The communication with the host was exceptional - whenever there was any kind of question or small issue, the response was extremely fast and kind.

Wonderful country house, perfect for families or large groups!

We got the entire house which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a dining table that could fit more than 10 people which was perfect for us and 2 separate kitchens which made food preparation for a big group much easier. They thoughtfully provided most of the utensils needed to prepare different meals. We also enjoyed the BBQ facilities and the hot tub outside. The property is just outside the town of Kranska Gora. Podkoren is a quaint and charming village and we woke up to a wonderful view of the mountains. Klement was very helpful and answered all our questions in a timely manner. He also provided useful information about Podkoren and Kranska Gora. We hope to be able to come back to this beautiful place.

There was no floor cleaning set, only a broom. That is why we could not wash up the floor but this is a minimal negative comment only.

Cozy apartment with a beautiful view to the mountains, cozy

The host is very helpful and kind. The location is calm, the apartment is comfortable. The kids loved the jacuzzi in the small garden. We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderfull stay in Podkoren

Great accomodation in Podkoren, small charming willage near Kranjska Gora. Apartman is big, comfort and clean. Kitchen well equiped. You can park car in front of house or in garage. Nature around house is so beutiful. Great communication with owner. Using jacuzzi is great with views to mountain, don't miss that!

We are more than satisfied

It's a very comfortable and cosy flat, very well equipped both for summer and winter season. I dare say it has its own spirit. Traditional buildings of the village will take you for the travel back in times. Although located ca. 700 m from the main road connecting the region it's very calm and quiet. The host is fully devoted to keep his guests satisfied. He's always ready to come and assist. I also strongly reccomend Slovenia itself - it's a beautiful country with good food, water and incredible nature. Additionally, it's 3 km from Austria, 4 km from Italy and majority of attractions will be at your fingertips.

Scarso rapporto qualità/prezzo

Il villaggio è molto tranquillo, non lontano da Kranjska Gora (raggiungibile in auto o in bici) e c'è un buon ristorante a pochi passi dalla casa.

La pulizia non ci ha soddisfatto: quando siamo arrivati abbiamo spolverato tutto noi per evitare problemi di allergie, cosi come non era pulita la jacuzzi e alla fine nessuno l'ha usata. Gli scarichi delle docce erano parzialmente otturati ed emanava cattivo odore ma quando lo abbiamo fatto notare hanno detto che sarebbero intervenuti ma non è venuto nessuno. Nelle camere non ci sono scuri né tende (e c'erano tasselli staccati dal muro dove avrebbero dovuto esserci i bastoni porta-tenda). Alcuni letti erano sfondati (si staccavano le doghe sotto) e alcune prese elettriche erano staccate dal muro. L'attrezzatura da cucina e il barbecue erano assolutamente inadatti a cucinare per 11 persone. Decisamente troppo caro per la scarsa cura del luogo e delle attrezzature.

Wenn es nur um das Skifahren geht, ist das kinderfreundliche Haus ok.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, mit 4 Schlafzimmern und einem großen Aufenthaltsraum. Die Küche hat einen Tisch für 4 Personen und ist gerätemäßig gut ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt ca. 2km entfernt von Kranjska Gora. Zum nächsten Schneehang sind es 15min zu Fuß, ins Dorf runter zu den Hauptpisten 30min. Es gibt ein gutes Hotelrestaurant ein paar hundert Meter entfernt. Der (einzige) Parkplatz ist überdacht. Die Kinder konnten laut rumtoben. Etliche Badezimmer mit Duschen. Heizung und warmes Wasser ok.

Das Haus müsste mal von zwei Handwerkern durchrepariert werden. Fehlende Fenstervorhänge wegen defekter Halterungen, einer davon trotz Versprechen nicht repariert. Defekte Türschlösser, teilweise durch Hebel von innen geflickt. Badtüren können von innen abgeschlossen werden, sind also nicht kindersicher (Ja, es ist natürlich passiert!) Das Essbesteck reicht so gerade für 6 Personen und ist mit das billigste, was ich je gesehen habe. Geschirr reicht niemals für Vollbelegung aller Zimmer und ist eine Restesammlung. Die schwarzen Esszimmerstühle abgeschabt an den Ecken. Alles in allem kein Riesenaufwand, das alles abzustellen. Bei dem Preis vollkommen unverständlich.

Velika kuca odlična za veci broj gostiju. Svako je ako je htio mogao imati svoj mir. Osiguran parking. Veliki broj kupatila. Pogled na Kranjsku Goru i skijalište.

Z majhnim vložkom lastnikov bi bilo lahko povsem drugace, bistveno bolje!

Zelo lepa vasica in super lokacija za krajše pohode. Idealno za tri družine.

Pričakala nas je zelo hladna hiša, ponoči nas je zeblo, dodatnih odej ni bilo, povsem obrabljene brisače, točno dozirane na osebo, na hodniku zgoraj niso delovale luči, prostor z WCjem poln pajkov in neočiščen. Jacuzzija zunaj zaradi hladne hiše nismo uporabili, sicer pa majhen vrt zunaj povsem neurejen, neočiščen s polomljeno mizo in eno klopjo. Kontakt z nastanitvijo zgolj na daljavo z vstopom preko kode.

Nagy társaságnak vagy családnak kitűnő hely.

A házban 4 szoba volt, 4 fürdőszobával.Nyolcan voltunk, így kényelmesen elfértünk. A nappali hatalmas volt, mindennap ott gyűltünk össze. Étkezés nem volt befizetve, de a környéken lehet éttermet találni. Kranjska Gorára át lehet sétálni az erdő mellett, kb. 1,5 km. Ott nagyon sok étterem van. Ausztria és Olaszország is 15 perc kocsival, érdemes átmenni. Mi Tarvisióban voltunk, utána átmentünk a Lago di Fusine tavakhoz kirándulni. Ezt mindenkinek ajánlom, mert lélegzetelállítóan gyönyörű.Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat , sokat kirándultunk.

Érkezéskor nagyon hideg volt május ellenére, de kérésünkre bekapcsolták a fűtést. A jacuzzi nem használtuk.
