Gora Luxury Apartments

Zařízení apartmánu bylo úžasné, krásné, čisté a nové. Vybavenost kuchyně byla dostačující, vůbec nic nám tam nechybělo. Vše bylo skvěle nachystáno. Komunikace byla rychlá a v pořádku. Apartmány jsou umístěné na parádním místě, odkud je k důležitým bodům v městečku skvělý přístup. Garáž byla bezpečná. Byli jsme moc spokojeni.

Matraci byly na nás měkčí, ale to je hodně subjektivní názor :)

On the positive side, the apartment was super clean and modern, with everything you need. There were extra blankets and nice sleeping essentials provided for guests. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The host was very responsive and available for us even during late hours, helping with all the information we needed. Check-in was very smooth, and the location and parking were very easy to find. The WiFi was excellent too.

It was a rooftop-style apartment, right under the roof. We booked this place for 5 people 654 eur per night, then paid extra for one more friend +32 eur, expecting two separate bedrooms plus a living room. But the second bedroom's bed was smaller than the one in the main bedroom, and in the living room, we just had a pull-out sofa bed, so there was no real privacy. There's also only one bathroom, which was tight for that many guests. Sharing some pics. On top of that, there was no real terrace, two open windows, which open onto a terrace, offering a view that was half parking lot, half green hills, rather than the panoramic mountain view we were expecting. Honestly, this place is comfortable for 3 people, but not for 5–6. For the price we paid, we expected a lot more comfort and space. For a luxury apartment, we were surprised that we had to take the trash out ourselves. When we asked the cleaning lady where to dispose of it, she said she was new and didn't know and didn't offer to help either. In the end, we saw the instructions in front of the building.

The underground private parking is very nice to have with a kid and all the hiking stuff in tow. The location is good, right off the main road, next to the supermarket, and in the center of town. The beds are comfy and the shower is great.

False advertising. We didn't have a "mountain view." We looked out onto an empty parking lot. There is no decor. The place is very ascetic. Just bare white walls. The vibe has Private Equity written all over it. There's no manager on site, it's all via text. I asked for paper towels, because obviously traveling with kids there's going to be spills and messes. They responded the two hand towels are enough and there's two tissue boxes. They did bring some paper towels after I didn't respond, but even having to ask is absurd. We stayed for 5 nights but barely any dishwashing pods or extra trash bags. And this may seem petty but the bathroom vanities hang way over the sink, impossible to lean over the sink to rinse your mouth or face. Just seems this place has some nice amenities but they are cutting corners to extract max profit.
