Spacious double aspect living room with fabulous views to north and south. Wi-fi internet access, TV, DVD, CD player and radio. Wide selection of books, DVDs, CDs and games. Two comfortable double bedrooms, one of which can be converted to a twin. Well-equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. Stylish modern bathroom with power shower. Washing machine and tumble drier. Private parking space in courtyard. The flat is warm and welcoming, with efficient central heating and double glazed windows. Excellent location within walking distance of the historic city centre while also providing a peaceful sanctuary for visitors.

We were visiting Edinburgh for a very special occasion, my son's graduation from the University of Edinburgh. I'm so glad I found this place on VRBO. Everything was perfect for us. The location was fantastic, only a 10 minute walk to the university and everything else a 20-30 minute walk. However if you don't like walking there are a lot of buses. The host provided a lot of information on what was around the area including pubs, cafes, Tesco and a chemist (which I did need). The neighborhood is terrific to explore. The city views from the flat's windows are great and being on the top floor, there was hardly any noise (to our surprise and delight). The rooms/beds were comfortable, the kitchen was extremely well equipped and large, bathroom very clean and spacious and the seating area was great. We were able to watch a few World Cup games late at night and the video selection is terrific. Even had a copy of my favourite movie about Scotland - Local Hero. The host, Sarah, is so easy to communicate with, she is very friendly and happy to answer all your questions. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Edinburgh and would love to go back again and stay at the same place.

Great flat. Well maintained. Host had great communication. Great to have laundry and parking. Not too far of a walk to Edinburgh. We took the bus some days if we did not want to walk. Nicely decorated and cozy. Would recommend staying here!

If you are looking for a comfortable and cozy place: you have found the perfect flat. Very well placed, transport is two minutes walk, as is the grocery store. The apartment is fully equipped, perfect. I highly recommend it.
