About this house rental
To the front of the property there is a terraced area where you can enjoy al fresco dining. On entering the property you are in the lounge. The dining area is located next to the kitchen area with galleria an extension of the kitchen. From the lounge there is a shower room.
To the side of the shower room is the staircase leading to the first floor which has two bedrooms and family bathroom. The bedroom to the front of the house has a double bed with access to a small closed in terraced area which has views over the the communal swimming pool. The second bedroom has twin single beds. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath. The stairs then continue up to a rooftop solarium which has fantastic views over to Alicante and across to the mountains. Here you can soak up the sun in private and enjoy your favourite book and a glass of wine.

Fantastic townhouse in a lovely location,clean,tidy,very quiet and peaceful,perfect.We had a wonderful two weeks stay at this property,shops,restaurant’s,beach,pool all within walking distance.Excellent hosting and communication from Karen.We are already looking forward to returning next year.Thank you Karen we had a lovely holiday at the townhouse.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this holiday house! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.The location was perfect — peaceful and scenic, yet still close enough to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. Thank you, Karen, for making our holiday so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

The house is very close to the communal pool, so is extremely convenient with children. Located in a secure gated community with a short stroll to the local shops and restaurants. The house is very clean, with everything we needed for our weeks stay. The air con in the living room and master bedroom is effective and kept us cool during the 35 deg C days. Parking is directly outside the property. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return here in future.

El apartamento dispone de ac en planta baja y uno de los cuartos, el cuarto de Los niños no tiene y es muy caluroso. Muchas escaleras. Piscinas al lado. Imprescindible coche para cualquier cosa.
