About this apartment rental
This lovely ground floor corner apartment is within a secure, friendly private complex, with two beautiful swimming pools, one suitable for small children, tennis court and play area. Private and secure covered car parking space. Situated just 10 minutes south of Alicante town and 8 minutes from the Airport (away from the flight path). Views of the Clot De Galvany Natural Park, with its nature trails, picnic areas and observation points ideal for bird watching. Within 10 minutes walking distance with its fabulous sand dunes is Carabassi Beach. Just a few minutes walk away are restaurants, bars, supermarket and a local bus stop. Benidorm is 30 minutes away with the Terra Mitica Theme Park and Aqualandia Water Park. A 5 minute car journey away is the ancient town of Santa Pola with its 16th Century Castle, excellent restaurants, twice weekly outdoor market and this is the gateway to the uninhabited island of Tabarca with its underwater nature reserve.

Our Fourth visit to Gran Alacant, second time staying at Sue's apartment.The location of the apartment is well located in lower Gran Alacant. An Aldi, Carabassi beach, bars and restaurants all within 15-20 minutes walking distance.The apartment is in a safe and secure gated community with easy access to the two pools.The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped for the four adults during our stay..GA Central shopping area is further to walk (30mins) with more supermarket choices, more bars and restaurants and more shops.Next to the Aldi is Gabe supermarket that sells anything from screws to flip flops etc. There's also a market outside on a Thursday morning..We caught the local No3 bus at Carabassi beach to Alicante City for a day out. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your apartment...

We had a great family holiday here, complex is stunning very safe and so friendly! Chatted to lots of owners around the pool. Apartment is in a great bit right next to pool and has everything you need. Owner lovely to deal with. Would definitely return 😃

What a lovely villa,kids loved the pool located just a few paces away and being able to take a dip under the stars was breath taking.Very secure complex opened with your own key thru secure gates the children could play without any worries.The villa had everything you could possibly need to complete a wonderfully chilled holiday even a flat screen telly!.Beach just a 10 min walk and several bars and eating places just 5 mins away.The pools were lovely and clean and looked fantastic lit up in blue in the evenings.Thanks you for a wonderful stay i would definately book again.RegardsDawn
