A beautiful, bright apartment located in the San Antonio neighborhood of Los Arenales del Sol, with stunning views.
All-outdoor unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en suite)
Fully equipped with appliances and ducted air conditioning.
The residential complex features four swimming pools, as well as paddle tennis courts.
Very close to Carabassí Beach and restaurants
IMPORTANT: If your stay is less than 11 nights, the number of guests cannot exceed 6 people.
Due to regulations governing vacation rental properties, we need to collect certain information from guests. Therefore, you must fill out a registration form, which I can email to you, so you can complete it and return it to the same email address with your signature. One registration form is required for each guest.
Or, if you prefer, you can fill it out upon arrival.
Upon arrival at the property, the guest will sign a rental agreement for a non-primary residence covering the duration of the stay, which will include the same dates, name, and amount listed in the reservation made by the guest through VRBO. A template of this contract will be provided along with the registration form required by Spanish authorities, so that the guest can review it prior to the arrival date.
For stays of 10 days or less, the property will be considered a tourist accommodation—Tourism Contract (in accordance with Decree-Law 9/2024, August 2, and Law 15/2018, June 7. Of the GVA Council)
For stays longer than 10 days, it will be considered a seasonal rental—Seasonal Contract (Pursuant to Law 29/1994, of November 24, LAU, Art. 3, and Royal Decree 1312/2024, of December 23)

A very clean and comfortable apartment. A vehicle is recommended, since most shops/restaurants are a long walk away (involving hills). Inma was an excellent contact person when issues arose (e.g., when the clothes dryer broke down, she arranged for an immediate replacement).
