An upstairs three bedroomed apartment located in the Gran Alacant area of Santa Pola on Urb Monte Y Mar.
Self catering first floor apartment located at the top of the hill beside the Unidad Supermarket on Urbanisation Monte Y Mar. Fantastic views over the Bay of Alicante. The communal swimming pool is located a short walk to the rear of the property. Twenty minutes walk to the beach with supermarkets,restaurants/bars, ten minutes walk.
The apartment, comprises of a small hallway on entering with stairs leading to the open plan lounge/dining area and kitchen. To the left of the lounge at rear is a double bedroom with twin single beds with wardrobes. To the front is a second double bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. To the right side of the lounge is a small passageway leading to the family bathroom with shower over bath, and third bedroom with single bed and wardrobes
To the front of the property from the lounge patio doors is a small terraced area ideal for dining al fresco or relaxing and soaking up the sun. A short walk to the the communal swimming pool with seperate child pool, shower and sun bathing area.

Apartment is ideal with everything you need, Karen was great however the only reason not 5 stars is because of aircon not being in the property.

Great location. Pool really close. Kitchen a little tired and needed updating. Host was fab really helpful. This property needs air conditioning to make it great.
