Beautiful, bright apartment. Spacious terrace with ocean views in the San Antonio residential complex (Arenales del Sol)
The apartment features a living room, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one en suite).
Furnished and equipped with appliances, Wi-Fi, a garage, and a storage room.
The residential complex has 4 swimming pools and paddle tennis courts
Perfect for a vacation near the beach
Due to regulations governing vacation rentals, we need certain information from our guests. Therefore, you’ll need to fill out a registration form, which I can email to you; please fill it out and return it to the same email address once signed. There should be one registration form for each guest.
Or, if you prefer, you can fill it out upon arrival.
Upon arrival at the property, the guest will sign a rental agreement for a non-primary residence for the duration of the stay, which will include the same dates, name, and amount as those listed in the reservation the guest made with VRBO. A template of this contract will be provided along with the registration form required by Spanish authorities, so that the guest can review it prior to the arrival date.
For stays of 10 days or less, it will be considered a tourist rental—Tourism Contract (in accordance with Decree-Law 9/2024, August 2, and Law 15/2018, June 7. Of the GVA Council)
For stays longer than 10 days, it will be considered a seasonal rental—Seasonal Contract (Pursuant to Law 29/1994, of November 24, LAU, Art. 3, and Royal Decree 1312/2024, of December 23)
