About this house rental
JUST A FEW STEPS FROM THE BEACH: A wonderful, spacious home located next to a beautiful, supervised sandy beach with a diving boat and two seawater pools for children. SEA VIEW from the upper floor. The house features a large, south-west-facing TERRACE with wooden patio furniture. The garden is 800 square meters and features a play area with two swings, a slide, and a large trampoline with a diameter of 3.7 meters: IDEAL FOR CHILDREN. At your disposal is a library for adults (comics and novels) and children (with many high-quality picture books for children ages 0 to 7, comics, and the Asterix and Tintin collections...). There is a very well-equipped kitchen, a large living-dining room, a laundry room, and a garage. Three bedrooms, one of which is 30 m² on the first floor. Three double beds with new mattresses. One single bed on a mezzanine, one large wooden crib. You have Wi-Fi access and can request all BABY EQUIPMENT upon request: changing table, baby bath, high chair, stroller, and crib. There are also CHILDREN’S TOYS right next to it, by the sea, on the island of Sainte Anne. You can see this island in the photos. We’re located near the SAILING CENTER in Saint-Pol-de-Léon, and there are plenty of water-based activities nearby. You have free use of a fully equipped CANOE; launching it is very easy, just 200 meters from the house...... then the Morlaix Bay is all yours... it’s wonderful... WHAT TO SEE: 5 kilometers away: Roscoff, the old harbor, the thalassotherapy center, the casino, and its beaches...

Grande maison très agréable avec magnifique jardin. Parfaitement adaptée aux enfants avec jeux et livres à disposition. À 5 minutes à pied de la plage de saint pol de Léon. Vélos adultes et enfants à disposition également. Accueil chaleureux. Nous recommandons cette maison pour des vacances en famille dans cette jolie région !

Maison très agréable, fonctionnelle ou il est très facile de prendre ses marques. Équipements bébé et literie de qualité. Pleins de jeux pour occuper les grands pendant la sieste des petits. Avec le soleil présent pendant nos deux semaines de vacances tout en échappant à la canicule nous ne regrettons pas d'avoir laissé le sud est pour cette année. Petit regret nous n'avons pas utilisé le canoé... Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Nicolas. Très bon contact avec Stéphane et Vanessa. Réponse rapide à chaque question posée. Nous conseillons bien évidemment cette location.
