House located on the heights of Saint Pol de Léon, in the heart of a district, it offers an exceptional view of the bay of Morlaix, the Château du Taureau and Carantec. Saint Pol De Léon is a small town of character and seaside resort on the edge of the English Channel.
A stone's throw from the sea and the beaches, not far from the Ile de Batz and the Roscoff thalasso centre, near Carantec and Morlaix: come and discover a region with a rich and varied heritage and enjoy the sun of Brittany!
Beach, fishing on foot at low tide and walks on the coastal paths are sure to seduce the whole family. A very indented coastline with a very wide variety of landscapes (beaches - fine sand dunes - coves - small islands and islets etc....).
The city of Saint Pol de Léon is also rich in its architectural heritage that you can visit.

Bay window offering a sea view and access to a 25M² terrace.

• 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bed (140x190)
