About this villa rental
Less than 3 minutes by car from the village of Carantec the location of the house has been privileged for calm and nature.
The villa has received the **** classification "Furnished Tourism" issued by the Ministry responsible for Tourism.
It is located on a plot of 1000m2 fully enclosed.
Built on one level, with accessibility security standards for people with reduced mobility, the villa offers:
-2 bedrooms with 160 cm beds
-1 bedroom with 3 single beds, including 2 pull-out beds
-1 sofa bed in 120
-1 bathroom with sink, walk-in shower and WC
-1WC independent of the bathroom, with hand basin
The very spacious and pleasant living room with the brightness of the room includes:
-a very comfortable living room
-a dining room that can accommodate 8 people
It opens onto a large south / south-west facing terrace allowing you to fully enjoy the sun until very late in the evening.
The open kitchen, overlooking the living room, is a fitted kitchen including oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, induction hob, food processor and Nespresso coffee machine.
The villa is of course equipped with internet access and wifi.
You can access the sea by a tree-lined path (2 mins walk) or by road.
The villa is 3 minutes by car from the center of Carantec and its magnificent beaches.
A free bus service is set up in July and August from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. It serves the beaches, shops and restaurants every 15 minutes. A bus stop is located 500m from the property.
Carantec is a small seaside resort full of charm with all shops, cinema, nautical center (sailing, windsurfing, canoe / kayak, padell), golf, tennis allowing you to spend excellent holidays
What the rental includes:
Bed linen and towels (one large and one small per person).
Cleaning costs are to be added (optional): 100 euros
The deposit is 1000 euros and will be refunded upon your departure, if no problem is found.
