New house of 115m2 5mins walk from the magnificent beach of Amiets, the nautical center and the GR 34.
The house has 4 bedrooms including a master suite opening onto a private wooden terrace, 2 bathrooms, 1 of which has a bathtub and double sink, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle), a pantry adjoining a garage. All overlooking a fully enclosed garden.
At your disposal you have a Weber barbecue, paddle, mollky, mask, snorkels, fins, board games... We also have a travel cot, high chair for baby.
Garden furniture.
Pets are allowed.
Nearby you will find the nautical center for lessons or paddle boarding, windsurfing rentals.
GR34 hiking trail in the immediate vicinity as well as the pier for the island of Batz.
Oceanopolis in Brest is 45mins away.
30m away there is a truck of pizza, tacos, burgers and a West Indian restaurant by the beach.

We had a lovely holiday in Frederick's house in Cleder. Frederic was very genial and quick to respond to any messages. The House was clean, bright, modern, and comfotable, excellent bed. Kitchen very well equipped with everything you need. Outside a well fenced garden which was safe for our small dog. Weber bbq.We loved the Plage Amiets which is literally on the doorstep. A more beautiful beach would be hard to find. Excellent shopping at St Pol de Leon. We have no problem in recommending this house!
