- On the second floor: 2 bedrooms with two single beds each and a small storage closet, plus additional storage (two extra sleeping spots available if needed).

All 5 bedrooms are furnished and decorated in a modern style with new, high-quality bedding.

- Outside: a very pleasant, quiet garden and a south-facing terrace with patio furniture, sun loungers, a dining table, and a barbecue


You can walk to buy bread (800 m), a golf course is 2 minutes away, the beach is an 8-minute bike ride away, a movie theater 1 km away that’s open every evening during the season, “Mardis de Plouescat” (concerts every Tuesday evening), the Plouescat and Roscoff casinos, the Breton children’s amusement park “La Récré des Trois Curés,” and Océanopolis 40 km away, as well as the Roscoff Exotic and Botanical Garden...

The house is located in a farmhouse that is no longer in use. No noise disturbances or animals. A platter of fresh fruits and vegetables is provided as a welcome gift.
