Come discover our new house, very well located, just a few minutes walk or bike white sand beaches and downtown.
In a contemporary and warm style, our house is also comfortable, spacious and bright. It will surely allow you to enjoy a relaxing and invigorating holiday.

This property offers excellent spacious facilities in a lovely location. The pool and spa facilities are great - a touch of luxury! Great after a long day out. Roscoff is just great - such character. Easy walking into centre and harbour. The host was super helpful and considerate of our needs.

What a wonderful property, perfectly situated to enjoy the beauty of Roscoff. Our children loved the swimming pool and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub after a long day exploring! Anne, our host, was wonderfully friendly and showed us around the property when we arrived . We recommend a trip to Ile de Batz including the lighthouse and exotic gardens alongside a ride on the petit train in Roscoff and the exotic gardens and beach just a few minutes walk from the property. We look forward to coming back in the future!

The property is reasonably well sited but quite bland; no landscaping and although surrounded by a wall still has a feel of lack of privacy. Inside, the house is quite “cold” and functional; fairly well equipped but not in a way that the indicates that the owner has a feel for guests’ comfort. We did ask for additional pillows( by text message) as there was only one each on the bed. We never had any response to this message. We did have a problem with the shower which the owner dealt with promptly. However the shower itself was not that clean with a lot of dirt and mould around the grouting and silicone and door seal. The towels were few and threadbare. One very thin and very small “bath towel” each and one tiny hand towel each, which were supposedly white but were grey and very unappetising. Also no bath mat in the shower. There were very out of date food items left in the kitchen cupboard most of which stuck to the shelf!! All in all our stay was only ok - definitely lacking in the feeling that the owner has any sense of care and hospitality. Didn’t particularly enjoy the owner “checking” the property before we left - but maybe this is a Vrbo policy.

The pool & pool building with shower, toilet, spa & sauna was superb. Best private pool for swimming under cover or as we did in full sunshine we’ve used. Really good for swimming and lovely 28C temperature. The local beach adjacent to the tropical gardens is just beautiful, with white fine sand, blue sea within a cove just 10 min walk from the house. Roscoff is again only a 10min walk a such a beautiful historic place with good shops and plenty of restaurants as well as it’s own beach. We had a lovely week and Anne had provided all we needed to enjoy every moment.

We had an amazing chilled week here. The house is very beautiful and very well equipped in every way… in fact one of the best equipped houses we have ever stayed in. The sauna, luxury hot tub (and the lovely garden room they are housed in) were real treats that could be enjoyed even when the weather wasn’t great. The all-weather heated pool is a wonderful asset, with the fully retractable roof being a very clever solution for the changeable weather. My elderly parents could stay in the accessible ground floor master bedroom and then the rest of us were in the three bedrooms upstairs with a WC and a bathroom. Our only criticism would be that we preferred the shower facilities in the garden room to showering in the bathtub but that was still great. We really enjoyed the close proximity (less than 10 mins walk) to the absolutely glorious Plage du Traon Erc’h, with its incredible white sand, sheltered bay and rocks. Even in gorgeous weather there was hardly anyone else on there. Roscoff was a sweet little town to explore, we enjoyed our walk along the quay and galettes in the town centre. It was minutes away by bike, so a great location. We visited Morlaix, Oceanopolis in Brest, and did some family bike rides (both times to the incredibly beautiful Pointe de Perharidy, once in the pouring rain and the next time in glorious sunshine!). Fully recommend all three excursions.

a lovely light house, plenty of space, well equipped and in a great location. The pool was a boon for my two grandchildren. Une belle maison lumineuse, beaucoup d'espace, bien équipé et dans un excellent emplacement. La piscine était une aubaine pour mes deux petits-enfants.

The house is modern, nicely furnished , clean within easy 10-15 minutes walking distance of Roscoff Centre. The house is in a quiet pleasant location approx 3 minute drive or approx 10 minutes walk from Ferry . Large garden area, outside seating & Dining , car parking space for 2 or 3 cars with electric Gates Hosts extremely welcoming and friendly , making the Check in process easy and fairly quick ( though ensure you have Euros as the Security Deposit is made in cash but returned immediately when Check-Out was completed) There was the added surprise of a newly installed Outdoor Pool and Poolside Summer House . We would love to return later in the year to enjoy the Pool and BBQ Thank you

Parfait, tout simplement parfait. Une semaine dans une maison équipée au top que ce soit pour la cuisine, les chambres, la piscine, le coin bien être avec le Jacuzzi et le Sauna. Un accueil parfait, avec de petites attentions très sympathique, tout pour passer un séjour très agréable.

Es war alles wie beschrieben, ein geräumiges, helles Haus mit Steinfußboden überall. Bequeme Betten, liebevoll eingerichtetes Kinderzimmer. Gut ausgestattete Küche, großer Garten mit Terrassse. Der Pool war für die Kinder das Größte. Sehr angenehm auch die Überdachung, die gegen den Wind schützte. Nette Sauna, entspannender Pool. MIt dem Fahrrad war man sehr schnell in der Stadt. Dort angenehme Restaurants mit einem korrekten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der nächste Sandstrand mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen, familiär und mit Sprungturm. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus von Anne Prigent und wir wurden von ihr überaus herzlich empfangen. Die Abwicklung aller Formalitäten war äußerst korrekt, einfach und herzlich. Vielen Dank!!

Nous avons passé 12 jours dans cette magnifique maison. Elle a tout le confort nécessaire pour y séjourner et vous ne manquerez pas d’équipement si vous aimez cuisiner. Le coin spa est parfait et agréable. La maison est proche du centre ville à pied ou en vélo. Nous avons tout adoré et nous pensons revenir.

Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines dans cette location. Un de nos meilleurs choix.. la maison et son jardin avec coin piscine et spa vous invitent à faire une vraie pause.. Située à à peine 10 min à pied du centre de Roscoff nous avions nos vélos ce qui nous a permis d’emprunter de la maison de nombreux routes cyclables et chemins, elle est idéalement située . Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et à l’écoute nous avons passé un excellent séjour et n’hésiterons pas à y revenir.

Das Haus ist super gepflegt und für mehrere Personen sehr gut geeignet. Die Matratzen sind fest und die kompl. Möblierung modern. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Würde mir noch ein paar Brotmesser/normale Messer wünschen, da nur Steakmesser..... Toll war der Pool, das war eine schöne Überraschung! Auch ein Willkommenstropfen stand parat, vielen Dank noch dafür. Die Lage ist sehr gut . Zu Fuß in dem Ort 5 Minuten, 5 -10 Minuten zum botanischen Garten. Die Schlüsselübergabe war ein wenig holprig, da Anne nur französisch spricht. Englisch+ Deutsch so gut wie gar nicht.

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles Nötige ist in der Küche vorhanden, es fehlt wirklich an nichts, die Sachen sind gepflegt und praktisch neuwertig. Es macht Spaß, in der schönen und hellen Küche mit Ausblick zu kochen. Im Garten ist jetzt ein neuer Pool vorhanden, sehr schön mit warmem Wasser und Abdeckung gegen Wind, das war eine Überraschung! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und korrekt, sie hat uns mit einer Flasche Cidre und Galettes empfangen, dazu 2x Apfelsaft für unsere kleinen Enkelkinder, eine nette Geste! Dieses Ferienhaus kann jedenfalls weiterempfohlen werden, wir haben eine sehr angenehme Woche dort verbracht.
