Good, but not outstanding. Would definitely consider going back though. We loved the outdoor space and ate all our meals in the garden. Location, next to a couple of small beaches (one of which is dog-friendly), was perfect for us.Loved the view from the balcony, and the botanic is just a couple of minutes walk away and worth a visit.Couple of bars at the marina are handy. One of them sells bread and croissants in the morning.Things that would have made it 5 stars would be:- a bit more generous with things like toilet roll, dishwasher tablets on arrival- a slightly more thorough clean - we're not overly fussy, but there was evidence of a broken bottle at the side of the fridge, for example- tools for the barbecue

Generally we do not stay at the same place a second time. But in this case we did it and we really enjoyed it. The reasons? 1. The sea view and the location of the houses: The whole day a perfect view on the sea from the balcony, from the salon or the garden. Within 5 minutes at the beach, further 5 minuted to the port and 20 minuted to Roscoff. Everything without the car. If you like to go to other places. No problem by using the car. 2. The comfort: Everything we needed is / was there. For two / four people it is enough space so everyone is able to stay for him- or herself or to have a nice evening with the family. 3. Communication and check-in: In the case we had a question. It is answered as fast as possible - normally within one hour. Check-In and check-out as easy as possible. Everything is described and prepared. To summarize our stay: We really loved it because it is easy, a great place for everyone who loves the northern part of Brittany. Maybe will come a third time.

Lovely property with sea views from most rooms and a lovely outdoor heated pool (which was very appreciated as the sea in this area is fairly chilly!) Really short walk down to a very pretty and sheltered sandy bay with lots of rocks to scramble on. Roscoff itself is a pretty (if very tourist focused) town with attractive buildings, a beautiful church and lots of crêperies. All in all a lovely family holiday

We have just enjoyed a wonderful week. The villa ticked all the boxes for us…swimming pool, close proximity to a beautiful little beach, walking distance to the marina and town, lovely open plan living space with amenities. The only things I’d think to add if you’re planning a stay - we forgot a hairdryer (as my teen daughters kept reminding me!) and the WiFi isn’t consistent (which is expected, but worth keeping in mind if you need it). Thank you Ewan and Sophie.

Regarding the place: quite o.k. The "beach" is easily accessible. However, due to the very large tidal range and the resulting influx of algae, it is hardly usable. There are a lot of stones, little sands and from time to time strong waves. Not very usable for swimming. The house looks nice. The rooms are well furnished. There are a minor damages of the furniture that should be repaired or replaced. Esp. in the bath rooms and in the kitchen. Some power outlets or electrical controls are not functioning. The place of the dishwasher in the garage is a little bit strange, but it works. The terrace and garden furniture are usable. However, they should be renovated or replaced soon. Summary: The house is good, but positioning it as a luxury house is a bit exaggerated. The price-performance ratio is reasonable for the off-season, but during the peak season, it seems too expensive.

En famille (2 adultes 2 ados 1 St Bernard) nous avons découvert Roscoff et ses environs en ayant choisi cette maison comme pied à terre. Un séjour très agréable au sein de cette maison. Moderne,bien située, avec une jolie piscine (non utilisée car temps encore un peu frais), superbe vue…une maison quasi parfaite pour des vacances en famille (quasi parce que nous n’avons pas eu de wifi de la semaine…et avec deux ados une maison sans wifi ce n’est pas une maison parfaite ;) Communication très facile avec le propriétaire ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus sympa.

Belle maison et bel emplacement avec une vue au loin sur la mer qui se trouve à environ 100 m. Petite plage à proximité. Pas de contact avec le loueur, on nous transmet toutes les infos par mail ( code portail, code clé maison, code internet etc...). Cependant, il est possible de joindre la personne par téléphone. En ce qui concerne l'accessibilité aux personnes en fauteuil roulant, l'entrée de la maison à un seuil assez important qui n'a pas permis à ma fille de passer, l'entrée peut se faire par le garage. Le WC du RDC n'est pas réhaussé et il n'y a pas de barres de soutien, heureusement, nous avions prévu un WC Garde-robe. La chambre parentale au RDC est adaptée ainsi que le lit dont nous avons pu changer l'emplacement pour facilité les déplacements. Cette chambre au RDC a une salle de bains adaptée avec une grande douche à l'Italienne. Le seul bémol, c'est qu'il n'y a pas de barres de soutien et un meuble sous le lavabo qui ne permet pas de passer les jambes dessous, alors qu'à l'étage, dans la salle de bains, il n'y a pas de meuble sous vasque. Dans l'ensemble, cette maison Aspacieuse peut accueillir des personnes à mobilités réduites si on prévoit un peu de matériel médical pour passer un meilleur séjour. Nous avons passé une belle semaine avec le plaisir chaque soir, à quelques mètres de la maison, d'aller regarder la mer.

Fantastische Lage in Strandnähe mit toller Terrasse mit Meerblick. Gut ausgestattete Küche, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Leider war ab dem 17.09. der Pool geschlossen, ohne dass wir das zuvor wussten. Ansonsten alles top! Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren vor drei Jahren schon einmal in diesem Haus. Das Mobiliar ist mittlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf hier und da einer Erneuerung (kaputter Lattenrost, wackelige mit Klebeband zusammengehaltene Lampenschirme, sehr unansehnliche Vorhänge und noch einiges mehr). Die Belüftungen in den Bädern gingen nicht oder permanent, die Beleuchtung im Treppenaufgang war kaputt. Trotz der Mängel würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen.

La villa est très bien équipée nous sommes venu nous reposer et profiter des paysages avec un bébé d’un mois et notre fille de 10 ans, endroit calme, jardin paisible. Lit et baignoire prévu pour bébé, machine à laver sèche linge et lave vaisselle bien pratique ! Bel espace de vie nous sommes ravis 🤩

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Lage, der Blick von der Terrasse und der beheizte Pool sind traumhaft. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Teilweise könnte jedoch einmal ausgebessert werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal. Man hat einen perfekten Blick auf das Meer, ist in 5 Minuten am Strand, in 10 Minuten am Hafen, in 20 Minuten in der Stadt oder am großen Strand. Im Haus gibt es alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Pool ist sehr schön warm, so dass man auch bei mäßigen Außentemperaturen getrost schwimmen gehen kann. Die Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthalts lief ausgezeichnet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war super. Auf jeden Fall ein Haus, dass wir auf jeden Fall wieder aufsuchen würden.

De bonnes prestations sur la maison, un site privilegie, une très belle plage au pied de la maison (10 mètres). Tout est ok sur ce séjour. Un hic et pas négligeable, le sac de linge des vacanciers de la semaine précédente laissé ouvert dans le garage. Odeur nauséabonde jusqu'au mardi ou un nouveau pack propre est arrivé. Douteux surtout en période COVID ....
