A bright house in a great lication. Close to the pretty towns of Roscoff & St Pol de Leon, and the beach. Some issues reported to owner which will hopefully addressed. Those who enjoy cooking should note that, unlike other properties I've stayed in, there are no basic foodstuffs at all, such s salt, pepper, oil etc. A lovely house however.

Location and view is stunning. The Pool is amazing warm and our boys loved it. Communication with the host is simple. The house is big and clean we had a wonderful week in Roscoff but the house needs renovation, some things are simply broken and need replacement (vacuum cleaner, shower holder) others are just old or not of good quality. There is outdoor furniture but no cushions, the barbecue is a really cheap one and comes without any barbecue tools.

Nice House very close to a perfect Beach. Some sogns of use though. Outdoor flowerpot broken, front for very difficult to open/close. In general some attention to refurbishment is desired. More vine glasses are also needed

Okay place but not great

When I have a bad experience at a rental I always like to start with the positives. On the bright side, the roof doesn’t leak. To be fair it is relatively new construction, has a modern kitchen, and is clean. That being said there are a lot of annoyances with this place. The biggest annoyance is that the Wi-Fi password did not work on Saturday night and I’m writing this review on Monday after not receiving any reply to my support calls. Something you may want to consider if you were to be here and you locked yourself out. As stated by others, the furniture is Ikea quality. The bed is comfortable but squeaks loudly when you attempt to turn over at night. The curtains don’t really cover the windows, and are so thin that light shines through. This makes it almost impossible to watch television during the day on the little TV which is mounted at an angle, pointing towards the floor, one foot from the ceiling. Weird. There are numerous pictures of the heated swimming pool along with the listing but the pool is closed seasonally. There is plenty of firewood provided for the fireplace, but it is left out in the rain and should be under cover. You will receive three rolls of toilet paper, and when that runs out, you are expected to buy your own. Same for dish soap. Ladies will find no hair dryer either. I want to say thanks to the maintenance and housekeeping people who are friendly and helpful.

The villa is very tasty furnished, especoally the living/dining room. The kitchen is ok, reaonably equiped. Sleeping rooms are funtional, but that is. The beds are very good, blankets huge and heavy. Keep in mind that everything is in an IKEA quality. The terrace is very nice, good table and solid chairs. Beatiful little garden and superior view. Big and solid sunny umbrelas. Parking just in front of the door. 5 minutes tothe downtown of Roscoff. Good restaurants, no problems with parking (in September). Supemarkets in St.Pol-Leon, Super U and Le Clerc. Boith very good. 15 minutes drive. Boulangerie in Roscoff. Overall: very good, to recommend to friends.

Beautiful view in modern house

Lovely place, very functional. The view is breathtaking when you get in. The beds are comfortable and the shutters keep the rooms dark at night. The upstairs had a bathtub and the downstairs an Italian style shower. The living room and dining room are spacious with a pleasant decor in neutral tones. Everything is very tasteful. The kitchen is well equipped, but be aware that there is absolutely no perishables, not even a little piece of soap to wash your hands when you arrive, no salt and pepper, no oil and vinegar, no trash bags, no paper towels or aluminum foil. We were a little surprised because all the other vacation rentals we've been to all over the world had the basics. Bring your own apron too! Also anything for recreation, you have to bring such as beach towels, games etc... However we found some good guidebooks for the region in French and in English. The Wi-Fi had a few problems, but overall sort of worked depending on which day you tried. It must have to do with the weather which changes every minute in Brittany. The beach is minutes away walking as well as the tropical Exotic Gardens which are a lovely place to visit. Roscoff is about 25 to 30 minutes away walking. The main grocery store needs a car to be accessed. If you want bicycles which is the perfect mode of transportation in Roscoff, make sure you ask when booking. We didn't know we had to, so we didn't get any. Yet, overall, a perfect stay! We would definitely come back. It is just a gorgeous place hence the five stars so the details aren't so important. We really had a very happy time in Villa Louet.

My family absolutely loved our stay. The house was lovely. The Pool kept us busy every day, and the short walk to the Beach and Botanic Gardens made our stay constantly interesting. The house is clean and well kept with everything you would ever need to make the stay perfect. We stayed with 4 people, but it could easily have slept 6. Great 2 week Holiday.

Das Haus: Lage ist Top! Pool beheizbar (ständig 28°C), Top! Die Aussicht ist der Hammer! Die Ausstattung ist super (Geräte), aber es sollten schon ein paar Renovierungsarbeiten gemacht werden! Zu unserer Reisezeit war es etwas kühl, der Pool hat uns sehr geholfen unsere Kinder bei Laune zu halten (sonst wäre die Reise ein großer Reinfall)! Das Örtchen selber ist leider etwas öde, wenig Möglichkeiten für Kinder und Jugendliche (ohne Auto) etwas zu unternehmen. Restaurants haben (unserer Meinung) nicht viel besonderes zu bieten und haben ungewöhnliche Öffnungszeiten! Im Großen und ganzen, dennoch ein Besuch wert!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in het huis. Fijn huis, alles aanwezig. Vooral de lokatie is geweldig! Helaas was het zwembad in onze periode gesloten. Dus let op als je boekt, dit is alleen van juni tot september open. Staat niet echt duidelijk vermeld. De meubels in het huis zijn wel wat verouderd, maar daar hadden wij verder geen last van. En mocht je een allergie hebben voor honden dan is dit huis niet aan te bevelen. Wij vonden overal nog hondenharen, terwijl we zagen dat er wel gepoetst was.

wir haben niemanden gesehen(Gastgeber) ok wegen Corona. Das Haus war schmuddelig.Gardinen, Ecken im Haus(Fotos) Der Pool war schmutzig.das Haus versprach behindertengerecht zu sein. Die Toilette im EG Spülung kaputt. Reparatur nach 10 Tagen. Davor Spülung mittels Wasser aus dem Putzeimer.Küchenrollo kaputt. Im Bad waren die Fliesenfugen total verschimmelt (wurde behoben)Gardinen voller Flecken.Das Haus ist sehr billig möbliert und abgewohnt. Die Verwaltung sitzt in Brest, verspricht viel, hält wenig. Die weißen Sessel sind mit hässlichen braunen Bettüberwürfen "verkleidet" Ich habe sie abgezogen, darunter total fleckige Sitzbezüge. nach langem "meckern" wurde ein poolroboter eingesetzt. das Wasser wurde klar, aber der Rand war sehr siffig.Wir mieten seit Jahren über FEWO direkt Ferienhäuser in der Bretagne, Italien und Deutschland und waren immer zufrieden. Dieses Haus war das Schlechteste bisher. Wir kamen in das Haus , die Stühle standen auf dem Tisch, wie in einer schlechten Kneipe nach Feierabend. Ich habe Fotos von allen Mängeln. Die Aussicht aufs Meer war einzigartig. Noch sind wir nicht zuhause, aber ich werde einen Anwalt einschalten rosemarie Albert

Der Meerblick von der Terrasse, vor allem aber vom 1. OG ist toll. Der Pool hat vor allem unseren Kinder viel Freude gemacht (und uns damit auch). Da er beheizt ist, konnten die Kinder auch schön lange darin spielen. Die Nähe zum Strand ist auch klasse. Für den Preis hätte ich mir allerdings gewünscht, dass die Küche besser ausgestattet ist, der Kühlschrank solte ersezt werden. Es wäre um einiges einfacher, wenn Badewanne und Dusche eine Abtrennung/Duschvorhang hätten. So war leider nach jeder Dusche das ganze Bad nass und musste gewischt werden bevor es wieder beutzt werden konnte. Wir haben uns insgesamt aber sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Haus ist wirklich perfekt! Es ist sehr freundlich eingerichtet, sauber und hat eine unglaubliche Aussicht. Die Lage ist ideal. Nur wenige Schritte entfernt ist ein kleiner, herrlicher Sandstrand und der Ortskern von Roscoff ist nur einige Autominuten entfernt. Das besondere Highlight des Hauses war das beheizte Schwimmbecken, welches besonders von unseren Kindern sehr genossen wurde. Ankunft und Abfahrt waren unkompliziert und unsere Fragen wurden immer schnell und sehr freundlich beantwortet. Wir hatten wirklich eine fantastische Zeit im Haus Callot und in der Bretagne und kommen bestimmt wieder.

La situation est idéale et la vue superbe. La maison est très bien conçue et idéalement orientée. Cependant quelques entretiens paraissent nécessaires dès l'arrivée, peintures défraîchies, rideaux défraîchis, poignées de porte collantes à la cuisine, manque de porte serviette dans les salles de bains (et nous n'étions que 4) pas d'essuie-mains dans le kit linge pour les WC. Pas de couverture supplémentaire (nous l'avions pourtant demandé), verres à eau insuffisants pour la capacité de la maison. Des details fonctionnels, mais qui sont importants si l'on considère la location 4 étoiles. La vue ne suffit pas à les revendiquer.

Sur l’annonce, on y lit qu’il s’agit d’une propriété de grand standing. Si tel pouvait être le cas en 2009, ce n’est plus le cas aujourd’hui (vaisselle dépareillée, ébréchée, couvercle des wc cassé, draps de lit sentant le moisi). Nous avons immédiatement avisé la personne de contact qui s’est déplacée rapidement, a remplacé la vaisselle manquante, repris les draps et envoyé un technicien pour le boiler. Dommage d’être confrontés à ce genre de désagréments en vacances. La villa est spacieuse, idéalement située, la vue est magnifique depuis le jardin, la piscine un grand plus. Un gros potentiel donc mais mal exploité. Nous avons tout de même passé un bon séjour dans cette magnifique région. Concernant l’accès pour personnes à mobilité réduite (un membre de la famille est en chaise roulante), il serait indispensable d’installer une barre aux wc ainsi que dans la douche et un siège adapté dans celle-ci. Enfin, un grand merci d’accepter les chiens.

Alle Angaben im Inserat treffen zu, der Ausblick von der Terrasse im Garten und der oberen Etage im Haus ist sehr schön. Die Fußläufigkeit zum kleinen Strand (Gehzeiten beachten!) ist vorteilhaft und der ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbare botanische Garten in Roscoff ein lohnendes Ziel. Das Haus war sauber, allerdings waren wir erstaunt, dass einige Dinge, die wir in dieser Kategorie erwarten würden, nicht vorhanden waren: Keine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen in der Küche (noch nicht einmal Pfeffer, Salz und Zucker), kein einziger Topfdeckel und keine Plastiktüten in den Mülleimern in den Bädern, keine Kissen für die Gartenmöbel... daher nur vier Sterne in der Gesamtwertung. Die Pumpe am Swimmingpool läuft zeitweise laut, sodass wir dort nur schwimmen waren, aber nicht liegen wollten. Im vierten Haus in der Anlage hört man die Pumpe aber nicht mehr.

Site très agréable, très belle vue, maison spacieuse, point à revoir : équipement ustensiles cuisine insuffisants et parfois détérioré. La piscine semblait très agréable mais nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de l'utiliser. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Ruhige Lage mit super Ausblick. Strand in 200 m Entfernung. Das Besteck und die Küchengeräte könnten etwas sauberer sein. Ansonsten war aber alles okay. Die Gagarage haben wir für unsere Fahrräder genutzt. Das war wirklich sehr praktisch.

Nous avons passe un excellent sejour dans la maison Callot. Elle est bien situee, au calme avec une vue panoramique sur la Mer. Fonctionnelle, propre et bien equipée, on se sent comme chez soi. Le poele est un vrai plus pour rechauffer l'atmosphere quand il pleut (c est aussi le charme de la Bretagne) ou au retour d une balade. La mise à disposition d un seche cheveux ameliorait encore plus le confort. Merci à Sophie pour sa reactivite et la qualite des informations fournies pour une arrivée COVID compatible.

De vakantiewoning is gelegen op een prachtige locatie, vlakbij een strandje dat bijna een privé strandje is. De woning ligt aan de GR34, wat voor liefhebbers ook heel praktisch is. Het zwembad is heel fijn. De vakantiewoning is ruim en netjes en leuk ingericht. We hebben hier een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Wir waren im Juli 2020 eine Woche in Roscoff. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, Roscoff ist ein gemütlicher Küstenort, mit allerlei Attraktionen, so dass keine Langeweile aufkommt. Das Ferienhaus liegt auf einem Hügel, der Blick zum Meer ist unverbaut. Schon nach dem Aufstehen beginnt der Tag mit einem tollen Panoramablick aufs Meer. Der nächste, wunderschöne Sandstrand liegt nur ca. 100m entfernt. Das Ferienhaus ist modern eingerichtet, und bietet viel Komfort. Man fühlt sich nach dem Ankommen sofort wohl und heimisch. Der Pool ist beheizt, so dass man auch abends oder bei schlechtem Wetter problemlos schwimmen kann. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super.

C'est notre 5ème séjour qui nous a plu autant que les précédents. Cela pour les mêmes raisons,confort , très belle vue sur mer, qualité de l'accueil tout est réuni pou passer un bon séjour que cela soit en saison ( choix entre une très belle petite plage à 50 mètres ou une piscine chauffée ) ou hors saison avec la région de Roscoff où il a énormément de choses à voir. Donc ne pas hésiter à passer un moment dans ces lieux.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la villa, avec sa vue mer, son calme, de beaux espaces autant dans les pièces à vivre, qu'au niveau des chambres, Roscoff est une cité agréable et ses restaurants sont divers mais de qualité en général, le jardin exotique mérite le détour, pour les connaisseurs et amateurs de végétation

Der Meerblick, die Nähe zum Wasser und eine solide und schöne Einrichtung machten unsere Woche im Frühjahr zum Erlebnis. Die Bahnlinie vor dem Garten wird kaum benutzt und störte uns gar nicht. Die Bucht ist klein und übersichtlich, die Steine zum Klettern aber um so größer. Das macht sie für Familien richtig interessant. Die Einrichtung ist modern, die Räume sind nicht überfüllt und alle hell. Die Glasfront mit Meerblick ist ein Traum. Die Nachbarn waren kaum zu hören, trotz Vollbelegung. Der Pool war zwar sandig aber immer schön warm. So konnten wir auch im April schon ausgiebig baden.

Nous avons passé une semaine géniale et ce en automne. La maison est très agréable, la vue sur la mer féérique, la région magnifique. Et je ne parle pas de l'accueil très sympathique. Nous ne sommes pas des personnes à aller 2 fois au même endroit mais là, je pense que nous ferons une exception. N'hésitez pas à profitez de cette location, vous ne regretterez pas.
