direct access to the lagoon beach of the grapes clear, with restaurant feet in the sand,

Our apartment of more than 130m2, with its chic and neat decoration offers you
- a large living room with a dining area for 8 people and a large comfortable living room
- open kitchen with bar, it is fully equipped (American fridge, freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob, Nespresso machine, jug coffee maker, kettle, oven and microwave, ....),
- a large terrace converted into a second living room for convivial moments,
- 2 bedrooms with fitted cupboards (1 bed 140cm, 2 beds of 90cm),
- Bathroom,
- Wc,
- 1 big parental suite (1 bed of 160cm and a bench of 110cm, for an adult or 2 children maximum) with its beautiful terrace, its room of water, its 2nd WC and its cupboards.
2 reserved parking spaces at the foot of the building in the closed car park.
Unlimited free Wi-Fi,
Linen (sheets and towels) with provision renewed for long stay.
Cot with mosquito net, booster chair, pot, available on request.

Appartement très vaste dommage qu'une chambre est équipée d'un lit de 180x200 les autres avec lits standards revoir l'éclairage dans les salles de bains et le rideau de douche ridicule il manque une poêle pour griller le poisson remplacer les transats autour de la piscine pour le reste c'est très bien

Très bien accueilli par Marie Jo. Emplacement idéal, appartement parfaitement bien équipés, tout à disposition ,nous avons passé un agréable séjour de 16 jours. Hâte t y retourner…..

Appartement très bien situé, à proximité immédiate d'une excellente boulangerie, petite supérette et restau. Vue sur la mer et à 10mn à pied du centre de Saint François. On se gare devant l'appartement, au top. Nous avons eu quelques petites mésaventures avec le robinet, la télé et le frigo mais cela peut arriver partout. En période de Noël aussi mais la réactivité de la propriétaire et de Nathalie qui nous a accueilli a été très bonne. Le canapé doit être changé aussi mais apparemment s'est prévu au programme. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un agréable séjour dans cette résidence très bien située et sécurisée. Bon à savoir : à 300m, vous avez une excellente pizzeria qui s'appelle Le Carré, je vous la recommande, surtout si vous arrivez tard de l'aéroport et que tout est fermé. A emporter ou à manger sur place, les pizzas sont un pur délice. Ah oui aussi, vous trouverez des fruits et légumes à un prix abordable à côté de la poste de Saint François et à proximité du port de pêche, une petite échoppe de fruits et légumes qui vend de la vanille liquide et en gousse excellente (je vous déconseille celle de la rotonde qui est à l'air libre). A voir absolument aussi à 10mn de Saint Francois direction la pointe des Châteaux, c'est la douche. Bon voyage si vous choisissez de résider dans cette résidence. Nous y gardons de très bons souvenirs.
