About this house rental
Cocoonr offers this charming, single-storey, air-conditioned house with swimming pool for rent in Saint-François. It measures 130 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises an attractive 65 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three shower rooms and a 350 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 65 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Laundry room
- Bedroom 1: with two single beds
- Shower room (with shower and WC)
- Separate WC
On the wing of the house :
- Bedroom 2 and 3: each with a double bed (140x190) and a shower room with WC
- Bedroom 4: with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a desk
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A private oval swimming pool measuring 5 m by 3 m, unheated and accessible all year round. Secured by an alarm and lit at night.
- A beautiful 350 m² private enclosed garden with multiplying palm trees, banana trees and coconut palms.
- A 100 m² exotic wood terrace with furniture to enjoy the warm weather
- An outdoor shower
The house is ideally located in Saint-François, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
