About this villa rental

Villa Kaz Ayou welcomes you to Saint François in Guadeloupe for a stay with family or friends.
Nestled in a setting of colorful greenery and tastefully decorated, you will appreciate the beautiful shaded terrace with its dining area and outdoor lounge.

The villa offers 3 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms each with Queen-size bedding, a bathroom with toilet. On the mezzanine, above the living room, a fourth bedroom with fan, but not air-conditioned with 2 single beds, a shower and a sink.

Around the 7x4m swimming pool you will enjoy sunbathing to perfect your tan or devour the latest Goncourt prize.

Ideally located, the villa is 4 minutes from the Anse des Rochers, 5 minutes from the beach of clear grapes and 12 minutes from the beach of Jolan wood. The fishing port and the Rotonde market are 8 minutes away.

On arrival, you will pay the end-of-stay cleaning fee €150 (cash or credit card).
