The Florentine villa has
upstairs :
- a living room with American kitchen of 53m2
- a covered terrace of 30 m2, you will have sublime 360 degree views: on one side the Caribbean Sea, on the other the deep sea with its hilly landscapes.
on the ground floor :
- a large bedroom (1) of 35 m2 with its bathroom a 160 bed and two single lilies, with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool
-a bedroom (2) of 14 m2 with a 160 cm bed direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool in the dressing room you will find a safe to shelter your important papers.
-a bedroom (3) of 12m2 with a 160 bed
-a bathroom with shower and toilet
All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with dressing
-a partially covered terrace allowing you to enjoy the sun or on the contrary to protect yourself from it. This terrace is equipped with a shower and WC.
The swimming pool accessible from the 8m x 4m terrace is salted for better comfort.
You will have direct access to the 1000 m2 tropical garden with vanilla, banana, coconut, bougainvillea, palm, frangipani, hibiscus, tiare flower.
The Florentine villa is equipped with a buffer tank directly connected to the water network, protecting you from cuts.

La villa est spacieuse, joliment décorée, bien équipée et adaptée aux petits enfants. Un petit rafraîchissement des salles de bain serait un plus. Elle est bien située, au calme, pas trop loin des plages et des commerces.
On a bien profité de la piscine et du jardin bien arboré et fleuri. Géraldine s'est montrée disponible et à l'écoute pour qu'on passe un bon séjour.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la villa à 2 avec un enfant.
La maison est spacieuse disposant de 2 niveaux de vie extérieurs distincts.les pièces intérieures sont spacieuses et ouvertes sur les terrasses extérieures. La terrasse du 1er étage offre une très agréable vue sur végétation et mer.
La cuisine ouverte est spacieuse et très circulante. Bien équipée.
La maison est à quelques minutes en voiture du centre et de la marina de saint francois.
Dans l'ensemble la maison est récemment rénovée et meublée de façon moderne.
La maison est en bord de route, route peu passante pour autant elle n'est pas complètement isolée du bruit. (Passage régulier de voitures). C'est la seule limite à notre séjour (les photos ne reflétaient pas ce point).
