About this villa rental
Located in Saint François, Villa Ker Créole, is your perfect private escape house to relax, recharge and enjoy. The Villa is located in a calm residential area, few minutes from all beaches, the Marina and the city center where you can enjoy dinners or sunset drinks. For the gamblers, the Casino is only 3 minutes away and the Golf is only two minutes away from the house. The commercial center (with the supermarket) and the bakery are located only one minute away.
The Villa Ker Creole (2019) is south facing to enjoy all the sun from Guadeloupe. The outdoor has 100% privacy, so you can enjoy your private pool and terrasse as you wish. The house is secured with an electric gate and private parking for 2 cars. The house is equipped with a water tank to deal with repeated water cuts on our island.
Living Area:
- The Villa has a cozy living room with two sofas, facing the outdoor, from there you can see the pool and palm tree.
- The TV has 100+ Channels, as well as an Apple TV so you can share your screen and enjoy your own program. The Sonos Soundbar (Airplay) offers the best sound quality to enjoy music while relaxing inside or outside. WIFI in all the house.
Outside:
The Villa offers a 100% private outdoor space with:
- An outdoor lounge with individual sofas and lounge chairs by the pool to enjoy the good weather
- A dining table with 8 seats to enjoy all your meals from breakfast to dinner, directly accessible from the kitchen via the bar
- A sunbathing area with lounge chairs
- A private salt pool, 7mx3m (maximum depth of 1m60) with security alarm for children.
- A Weber barbecue for your grills
Bedrooms:
- 1 master bedroom with King bed and a private bathroom and direct access to the swimming pool.
- 2 guest bedrooms with Queen Size bed along the bathroom and separate toilet
- 1 mezzanine open to the living room with 2 single beds or 1 king-size bed
Bathrooms & WC:
- 1 bathroom is located in the master bathroom
- 1 bathroom is located between the two Queen bedrooms
- 1 toilet is located near the 2 bedrooms with Queen beds
Kitchen equipment:
- 4-burner hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, blender, filter coffee maker, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete set of dishes.
Miscellaneous equipment:
- Washing machine, dryer, 2 baby beds (umbrella), 2 high chairs, iron and ironing board, hairdryer in each bathroom, safe, electric mosquito grill, full-length wall mirror, Weber BBQ.
Presence of a buffer tank / water reserve connected to the whole house to compensate for water cuts.
- Linen: Hotel quality linen (including 8 pool towels) is fully supplied with a weekly renewal for stays from 14 nights.
- Household and linen change on request and with supplement.
Associated services: on your arrival, we will be waiting for you with a house drink.

La maison est belle, typique créole, avec toutes les commodités. Proche des commerces et des plages. La piscine est top, bref c est une magnifique maison( comme on en a peu vu pendant notre séjour ) et nous avons passé des vacances de rêves

Villa exceptionnelle, offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Cette grande maison est rénovée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût où il fait bon vivre. Idéalement située à proximité des plages, de la marina, et du golf! Elena, notre hôtesse est d’une très grande gentillesse et attentionnée , et nous oriente de façon remarquable pour que notre séjour soit idyllique.... Merci à vous de nous avoir fait rêver durant notre séjour en gwada!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. La maison est idéalement située à proximité immédiate de tous les commerces! La villa est parfaitement équipée. Elena est d'une grande gentillesse et est constamment au petit soin. Nous avons pu profiter de ses services de conciergerie, comme de délicieux plats creole livrés à la villa et de cours de yoga devant la piscine!
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

I strongly recommend this marvelous house. The host and the concierge are exceptional and always available. They provided us with good advices (restaurants, places to visit, best bakery, ...) and did welcome us with nice treats such as Rhum, coffee, mineral water, croissant.
The pictures on the website are real. The house is fantastic, well decorated with taste and well furnished (washer dryer, dishwasher, complete furnitures for babies, bbq, AC even in the living room). In addition, the house is perfectly located: supermarket, golf, beach and the marina are very close by.
The place is quiet, secured and peaceful
We did enjoyed the pool and the BBQ.
Definitively we will come back very soon
