It includes 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, a large dining room (TV corner, satellite and channel +), a nice American kitchen equipped with all the necessary household appliances (American fridge, gas hob, built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, hood ), a mezzanine, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a laundry room, a beautiful terrace and a large garden.
At 50 steps, you will bathe in one of the most beautiful beaches of SAINT-FRANCOIS: La coulée beach, known for its calm and warm body of water. Your children will bathe there in peace. 300 steps away, you will find 2 renowned gourmet restaurants (Le colombo and Iguane café).

Les ustensiles de cuisine sont vieillissants (casseroles poêles) le frigo fuit....

Très belle villa bien située aux abords du golf de Saint-Fancois et à quelques mètres d’une très belle plage. Villa avec air conditionné (non négligeable pour dormir) et toutes les facilités.
Le point à améliorer est la propreté générale de la villa alors que le nettoyage est compris dans le prix totale.
Pour le reste, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
