With all the old wooden floors, also during the week it is beautiful, romantic and intimate in a building from 1846, all in old, protected wood, right in the center of the cosmopolitan City of Madrid, 45 square meters, bright, cozy, without noise four windows ( double glazing) stucco walls. Near Chueca, Gran, Callao 50 meters from the "Gran Vía" One of the main streets of Madrid, a milestone since its construction in the twentieth century known as the Madrid Broadway for its theaters, cinemas and major shops also in a neighborhood that evokes freedom, respect, tolerance "Chueca".
Next to the Retiro Park, Puerta de Alcalá, Cibeles, Templo de Debod ...
Directly opposite we have Gimage lounge resort; which has a swimming pool, cocktail bar, restaurant, theater, Chilout atmosphere visited by celebrities, executives, actors, presentation of musical groups.
From one of the windows you can see the modern Gymage Resort and from the velux (window in the roof) the dome of the Church of San Martín.
Equipped with refrigerator, microwave,
Ketle, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, glasses, dryer, iron.
Also those little things you might need; infusions, coffee, salt, sugar, oil. It has a room with a double bed in the living room with a sofa bed, allowing the possibility of a child or third person (plus 20 Euros) I admit pets.
Romantic room with integrated jacuzzi, a small toilet restored in marble and mirrors.
A mix where the modern and the old go hand in hand to make your stay unforgettable.
Special couples for its romantic and seductive atmosphere and for the proximity to all the coolest areas of the Capital, without ruling out a few days for you traveling alone and you want to disconnect tasting the Capital of Spain and good place for executives where you can enjoy the Center from Madrid and do your work, relaxing in the attic or leaving for Malasaña or Chueca to have fun after a day of intense activity.

la casa è in una posizione centralissima con tutti i servizi necessari, tra cui un mini-market accanto. l'appartamento è al quinto piano senza ascensore ma molto accogliente e caldo e la proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile, tanto da farci trovare una bottiglia di spumante e dei dolci. Da ritornarci.

I loved my staying at this corner of love. Very close to Gran Via and Puerta del Sol and main plazas. The manager very kind and helpful. The only problem i would say is the stairs. So, if you are Young and like adventures in a low Budget this place is defintely for you. Id love to go back!

Be sure you can handle 5 flights of stairs with your luggage. There is no elevator, as it stated. There are several parking lots very nearby, which cost about 27€ to €35 a day. There is a small cooking range and mini fridge, but no oven. So gear your cooking accordingly,if you are going to do any. The quiet and calm of this adorable attic is refreshing after all the hustle and bustle of Madrid. The jet bathtub is absolutely fantastic to just sit and relax in after a long day of adventures. There is a shower in the main room or the bathtub in the bedroom. Across the street, there is a gym and you can pay to use the swimming pool for the day. It is a very elegant and fun place. There are also several mini markets below so that you can pick up food or necessities.

He pasado 3 noches en la buhardilla que he podido difrutar plenamente. La localización es perfecta puesto que está en el barrio de Malasaña, cerca de La Latina, Chueca, barrios en los que me encanta pasar el tiempo cuando estoy en Madrid.En realidad he utilizado la casa sobre todo para dormir puesto que durante el día estaba practimante fuera.Ana María y Francisco han sido muy amables.Lo único que me no me ha parecido práctico es que no tiene ducha, sólo hay un jacuzzi que para tomar una ducha rápida es un poco incómodo.
