Bus stop (£1.70 single, £4.00 day ticket) - 5 minute walk. The Palace of Holyroodhouse, Scottish Parliament, Royal Mile and supermarket - 10 minute walk.
A modern town house on a quiet street neighbouring Holyrood Park which provides glorious views of Arthur's Seat and Salisbury Crags. Laid out over four floors (climbing stairs is essential) with a double bedroom (shower en-suite) on the ground floor, two double bedrooms (showers en-suite), single bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, sitting room, kitchen and dining room on the second floor and on the top floor a large gallery/sitting room with desk work space. A single garage, off-street parking and enclosed garden.

Fabulous!The house is huge, incredibly comfortable, in a brilliant location and has a million dollar view. The owner was very attentive and gracious when one of party didn’t feel well. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Firstly i have to say that we messed up a couple of things and Mike could not have been more gracious or kind. A really more brilliant host you could not ask for.Secondly the house is just splendid and had everything we could want. Extremely spacious and we were very comfortable. Wonderful small touches everywhere
