The kitchen is very convenient for our family.

Convenient location with the bus going up to grand Hirafu lift right across the road. Its also very near to Seicomart just around the corner. Staff is friendly (when they are around but you wont notice their absence if you are on the slopes)
Not too much really. A slightly better TV would have been nice (the TV is a little small and slow to navigate)

had to walk 10 mins in ski boots to Family Ace .. couldn’t take short cut as the snow was melting & slippery
