The apartment was excellent. Plenty of room for our group of 4 people. There was an amazing view of Mt. Yotei from our apartment. We were on the 6th floor. The location was excellent, only a 5-10 minute walk to the Hirafu King Gondola. Restaurants were all within a 10-15 minute walk. The Front staff were very helpful with any questions. We rented ski equipment at Yamasports, which is right in the same building at the Landmark View. They also provide ski lockers in the basement, where you can keep all your gear overnight. Apartment was clean and they provide cleaning services for extended stays.

Everything was great, the only things missing were a Japanese bidet in the ensuite bathroom and an onsen or hot tub located on the premises. Those would have been nice added features.

Location is good. But arrangements was bad

I paid for hotel transfer and got confirmation but at the end hotel staff told me no car available and tell me to take the train instead. I am traveling with 3 kids 4 suitcase, so train with many transits would be a nightmare for me. I took 2 taxi from Sapporo at the end. Which cost double the price.
