The chalets are perfectly positioned next to King Gondola and the views are amazing. Short walk to shops, dining and ski rental. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. You cannot go wrong with this accommodation.

The location is great with the King Gondola & Ski rental across the road and many restaurants only a short walk away + H2 (property managers) were really helpful.
The property is old (by Niseko standards) but very well kept and the 4 bedroom villa is spacious & comfortable for 8 adults.
The mountain view rooms are definitely preferable...rooms #3 & #4 probably least desirable for outlook, privacy & passing traffic.

after a rough start the staff were excellent in allowing us to have a late check out
even though we informed the hotel of our arrival time, our pick up shuttle did not leave his van to collect us which left us standing in the snow for 45 minutes. The hotel was very apologetic and gave us a late check out.
