The location was incredible, really nice apartment with great views

Excellent location. Very spacious with everything you could want and the service provided by Ski Japan transporting us to and from the gondola was sensational.

Location to Main Street. Perfectly comfortable for 4 night stay, (although don’t book if stairs are not your thing).

Upstairs bathroom is shared between rooms. Towel rails in each room would be good.

The location and the staff being able to drop us up each day.

We had a great ski trip overall and the location worked well for accessing the slopes, but unfortunately the comfort of the beds and pillows really let the accommodation down. After long days skiing we were really looking forward to getting a good night’s sleep, but the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable which made it difficult to properly rest and recover. It wasn’t just one person in our group either all of us commented on how uncomfortable the bedding was and how poorly we slept throughout the stay. When you’re on a ski holiday and spending full days on the mountain, having a comfortable bed at the end of the day makes a huge difference, so this was pretty disappointing. Aside from that the stay itself was fine, but the bedding is something that really needs improvement because it affects such a basic part of the experience. Upgrading the beds and pillows would make a big difference and would greatly improve the overall comfort of staying here.
