Great location within a little uphill walk to ski lifts, walkable to all the restaurants and places to go in town, clean, well stocked with kitchen with everything you need. Management had great communication. We stayed for 8 days and management even came in and did a midweek clean of towels and removed trash. Good instructions where needed for English speaking guests. Management also was great at arranging transportation to and from Niesko and for a day trip to Rusutsu.
An electronic lock vs lockbox with keys would be nice improvement.
