About this villa rental
The villa is built to the highest standard with top of the range air-conditioning and underfloor heating throughout. It is set in secluded grounds with walls and fences around its perimeter, offering you privacy and an opportunity to switch off from the outside world. To the front there is a covered terrace with dining and seating areas that overlook the beautiful mature garden and its fountain. To the rear is a further dining area, perfect for enjoying a meal and glass of the local wine with family and friends. Also at the rear of the property is the private outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace overlooking pine forest. The property has an orchard where you will find a wide variety of trees and a badminton/volleyball area.
The main house has large open plan living space in the centre of the building, which has a kitchen with high quality appliances, as well as a dining table for six people and a sofa and two armchairs arranged around the log burner. Off one side of the living space are the main bedroom, the main bathroom and the children's bedroom which has bunks and a pull-out bed. Off the other side of the living space are two double bedrooms and a second bathroom.

We stayed at Kevins villa for a week. My husband and I were shocked at how the photos did not do it justice. It’s absolutely gorgeous. From the entrance, to the pool, to the grounds, to the house itself. We can’t fault anything. Everything from check in to leaving was so easy, simple. We would highly recommend this villa if you want a chilled, peaceful week. Our 2 children, age 10 & 7 found so many things to keep them occupied. The pool was first and foremost the biggest hit, then the ping pong table, the pool table, Uno which was amongst many games and books, the fruit trees, the frogs in the front pond and also red squirrel spotting are only a few to mention! Supermarkets are super close, cooking and eating at the villa was just stunning. The layout of the villa is perfectly set. We honestly had the best week. Thank you for having us and we hope to return soon!

We enjoyed 2 fantastic weeks at Kevin’s villa. Where to start, the tranquil setting amongst the trees, the lovely squirrels in the garden, fabulous orchard and the amazing elevated pool, we loved it all.
Bonus having the pool table, volleyball net, table tennis, kids had more than enough to keep them entertained
For adults, the chilled setting allowed for a truly relaxing holiday. Amenities in the villa were exactly as described, comfortable beds, nice coffee machine and a very well stocked kitchen to name but a few
Highly recommend a visit to L’Eliana, a short drive away for lovely bars, restaurants and supermarkets
Definitely returning, hopefully soon

Perfect hideaway 35 min from downtown Valencia, good microclimate, beautiful big villa garden, many activities (table tennis, badminton, billiard…)

We spent eight days in the villa and enjoyed the confortable, best equipped rooms and kitchen, the tree garden with the wonderful orange blossoms perfume and almonds. Valencia is easy to visit with the metro. Other beautiful towns like Xativa, Gandia are in one hour car drive distance. We would like to come again!
