You’ll enjoy your stay in a residential community where tranquility, peace, and silence reign, so that during your time here you can relax, rest, and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Silence is a precious treasure that must be respected, and one that we share with our dear neighbors in the Campo Olivar residential community, who truly appreciate its value.
We would like to inform you that, for all these reasons, the house IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES OR CELEBRATIONS. Furthermore, municipal ordinances are very strict, especially after 10:00 p.m., and if noise levels exceed the specific decibel limit established by law, the local police may intervene—a situation we must prevent at all costs.
The living area of the house occupies the first floor, with an approximate surface area of 200 square meters, designed to provide a home with all the comforts you need: a spacious living room, 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a pool, and a 1,500 m² garden where you can relax or sit down to dinner with your family.
We reserve the upper floors of the house for ourselves, your hosts, and we reserve the right to use them during the time you plan to stay, although there is complete independence and separation from the first floor that you’ll be occupying, guaranteeing your privacy and total seclusion, with a complete separation between both floors—both visually and in terms of soundproofing.
Inside the apartment, you’ll find two sofas, ultra-fast Wi-Fi for working, and comfortable beds for a deep, restful sleep.
A fully equipped kitchen awaits you, and a supermarket with fresh produce is just a 2-minute walk away. When you’re looking for some fun, Heron City—home to the city’s largest movie theater—is just a 5-minute drive away, featuring a complex full of restaurants and shops.
Finally, we’d like to inform you that the house is not suitable for smokers; it’s a clean, smoke-free space, so smoking is prohibited inside. Smoking outside the house is permitted only if you do not discard cigarette butts on the ground.
