Birthday break in Cornwall

The location for all the places that you want to visit are with in, are half an hour yo forty-five minutes away. The snuggery was well presented and equipped and had everything that we needed for our stay

The only thing that we struggled with was finding it in the dark and heavy rain as the road conditions were not good, though Heather's directions really helped. It only has a bath which didn't effect us but may not be for everyone. But all said no complaints from us.

The snuggery was pristine, so clean and had everything we needed. The afternoon tea and eggs were a lovely little touch. We stayed here for our mini moon after getting married a few days before and we loved every second, as did our golden retriever! We will most definitely be back. Owners attentive and answered any questions we had prior to our stay.

The cottage was well presented Sofa was comfy

Mattress on the bed was too firm, i understand this is preference, but wasn’t for us. Pictures were deceiving as didn’t realise it was part of a front garden aspect.

One of the best stays in the UK

We liked everything, the hosts, the location and the neighborhood. It's close to everything and away from everything at the same time :)

the only thing is a bath tube. it's nice to have one, but when you need to just quickly wash yourself without much mess. a shower would have been more practical.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay at The Snuggery! The cottage was lovely and spotlessly clean, with everything we could ask for and think of provided. The folder with local recommendations was super useful, including taxi services which we needed as we were down for a friend’s wedding. The cottage is a good base for both sides of the Cornish coast, with St Austell only around 30 mins away, and Newquay around 15. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

So pretty, well equipped and very, very clean. Lovely!

It was cold! We did have some exceptionally cold nights, but we struggled with the underfloor heating as the ambient temp was low, especially the bedroom. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to get help to raise it. Also, you need to drive everywhere to go out to eat.

Beautiful cottage, excellent hosts and a lovely stay.

I loved everything about this property and Heather and Rob were superb hosts. The property was very clean and tidy and had everything you could possibly want. As soon as I walked through the door, I felt very much at home, it was cosy and spacious at the same time. When I arrived, there was a cream tea, eggs, milk and porridge waiting for me, which was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend this holiday home and will definitely be coming back. Thank you Heather and Rob for a wonderful stay.

Heather was an extremely welcoming host, the cottage was just fab, extremely clean and well presented. The location was well suited and secluded for my stay, dog friendly, which was a must and an all round great stay at The Snuggery. Would highly recommend!

lovely stay and people but not enough privacy

small and cute and quite well equipped everything you can think of really. The owners are very nice and the area is beautiful and they spent a lot of time and effort making the place very accommodating.

there is an image that shows a property that looks very similar to the snuggery which is near a water inlet and from the picture. I thought that was the actual snuggery but it isn’t so I was expecting to see that. Also I wasn’t aware that the snuggery has the main house right opposite, and it doesn’t feel very private with a house overlooking you on the front terrace

Location was close to everywhere we wanted to visit. Host, Heather was friendly and helpful. Accommodation was very well equipped and clean. Our dog was welcome to stay with us.

Everything was satisfactory. We had a wonderful time enjoying the Cornish sunshine.
