The apartment itself was 10/10, really, really good.
On-site bar/restaurant is a bit old school but was alright for a quick beer in the evening.
No park and ride into beaches and no bus service into Newquay from the site.
If you don't mind a 2 mile walk into Porth beach this is achievable from the park and ride. Other than that, if you want to get direct to a beach then it's a cab ride (although we never actually managed to book one) or drive in (go early or mid-afternoon if you want a cats chance of a spot)

Great little villa, great location central to Cornwall and access to local attractions and beaches. Pub on site had exceptional food. Villa was very clean and has everything you need for a self catering break. Beds were super comfy and we had a great stay!
Facilities at the resort were a little dated- childrens park area for example. No on site shop but there is a Co-Op a short 3 min drive away. My son was disappointed we couldnt use the indoor pool as we were a private booking and not directly through the resort which was confusing.
