All great, maybe a little far from the beach, but I already knew this from checking out the houses location.

Fantastic place for family and/or friends, fantastic location within a couple of minutes walk to pubs, restaurants, shops. Good connection to go to different places in Cornwall, believe me it won't let you down.
Parking is only for one car so if you turn up with more than one car you would have to park a couple of minutes away but this is not a major problem as there are parking places to be found.

The property was exceptionally spacious, offering plenty of room for a small family to grow and enjoy their time together. It was meticulously maintained, with every corner reflecting a high level of care and attention to detail. The immaculate condition of the home made it feel welcoming and comfortable, as if it had just been freshly prepared for new residents. It truly was a delightful place to call home!
Everything was absolutely fantastic! There was not a single thing that could be better.
