Perfectly placed on Atlantic Reach, a superb Cornish holiday resort located within beautiful countryside around White Cross, this bright and spacious home is ideal for families and friends seeking a fun-filled getaway. The property is only 7 miles from Newquay and Watergate Bay, and the premier surfing destination of Fistral Beach. Visit some of Newquay’s many eateries, go crabbing at the harbour or take the little ones to visit the zoo or aquarium. Foodies will want to head to Padstow, 12 miles away, famous for its exceptional seafood restaurants, and walkers can enjoy the views along the breathtaking South West Coast Path. The world-renowned Eden Project is just 13.5 miles away and is a great day out for all ages. Otherwise, simply stay at the resort and enjoy the many activities on offer.
Step into this delightful holiday lodge into an inviting open-plan living/kitchen and dining space, the social heart of this lovely property. The cottage spans two levels, and, throughout, you will find calming hues and thoughtful, coastal-inspired decor. Head over to the comfortable living area, where you’ll find a spacious layout of plush chairs that you can sink into after a day out exploring the breathtaking Cornish landscapes. Enjoy chatting together, reading a book or searching for your favourite box set on the Smart TV for an evening of entertainment. At the far end of the room, you’ll find a kitchen space featuring all the appliances you need to rustle up some tasty treats. Adjacent to the kitchen is an inviting dining space where you can linger over meals and plan the next day’s adventures. The downstairs features one of the four beautifully presented bedrooms, a double, where you can rest soundly. Adjacent to the bedroom is a shower room. Take the stairs up to the first floor to discover the three remaining bedrooms: one king-size (with an en-suite shower room and a Juliet balcony overlooking lovely farmland), a double, and a twin. A spacious family bathroom with a corner spa bath and separate shower completes the features of this home-from-home property.
Outside, discover a paved terrace at the rear of the house with a picnic bench. There is another picnic bench at the front, providing plenty of choice for enjoying a morning coffee or an al fresco dinner in a serene setting.
