We had such a lovely stay here, it really exceeded our expectations. The home was beautifully clean, well maintained and had a cosy, comfortable feel. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The smart TV was a great bonus so could stream Netflix etc. We also made use of the site facilities except the swimming pool but that was not a problem as we went to nearby Hendra Holiday Park which had water slides for a fun filled swim.
Overall, this is one of the nicest holiday homes we’ve stayed in. It’s clear a lot of care has gone into it and would definitely stay again!

Good location close to Newquay and close to the A30 which is the main dual carriageway through Cornwall, nice two bed house and quiet location, good TV and we could log in to Netflix.
Not often we come across a place with no Wi-Fi, would have been a plus.

Great location, amazing for kids running around playpark near by, safe for kids. Lovely small cottage for family holiday, definitely will be back next year but will booked different way.
Location is perfect, 10 min from Newquay and lots of activities for kids around.
No Wi-Fi at the accommodation, need little bit tidy up at front little garden/patio, and when you booked through booking.com you cannot access indoor and outdoor swimming pool which is shame, and you'll find out on the day of arriving at the reception, you can booked directly through Atlantic resort and have a access to everything. Every time you turn on hot water loud noise coming from loft which is not pleasant in the morning or evening.

Overall the place was lovely. Light, airy, clean and lovely area outside to sit.
When we arrived there were no towels. I called up and the lady said she would get someone to bring us some (which never happened) we had to make do with pillow cases and other bits to dry off all weekend which wasn't ideal at all. Also there was a dirty towel left in a drawer in one of the bedrooms.
