Excellent property well located to explore Cornwall

Property far excided our expectations, such a lovely property super clean and everything in great condition. Location is super just a few minutes from the A30 and 10 from Newquay. Great communication from host. Only slight downside was the fact we weren't able to access or even pay to use the onsite leasure centre, seems only available for locals and certain properties onsite.

Not good for non-smokers

The property was neat and tidy with everything needed for a get away. We appreciated the fresh milk provided.

Unfortunately, from the moment that we entered the property there was a strong smell of cigarettes. This made for an uncomfortable stay as we were coughing from the strong air. As non-smokers, we were very disappointed at this odour. I can still smell the smoke when I use my cpap machine a day after leaving. We also had difficulty getting hot water for the shower despite following the owner’s instructions.

Excellent service

The place was clean and fresh coffee and tea and biscuits where a available on arrival only a 15 minute drive into Newquay Diane was always on hand if needed.all kitchen equipment was supplied with cleaning products really luvly place to stay would definitely go back.

Nice place to stay

It was very clean. Nicely and very tastefully furnished. Very appealing. Very helpful new owner.

A teapot would have been very useful. The bench outside the property was broken . We could only sit on one side which did not accommodate all of us. We arrived in very hot weather. The house catches the full sun. A ventilator to help cool down the bedroom would have been useful.

Nothing - I never found the property

I DID NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION AS I WAS UNABLE TO FIND IT FROM THE POST CODE GIVEN TO ME. Unfortunately, I did not have supplementary information with me and I could not get hold of anyone at Booking.com ** I had to find somewhere else to stay at very short notice which caused a lot of anxiety and extra cost. ** I have not been able to get the App to work despite logging onto this every time I have booked accommodation

Tricked into booking in a resort/ caravan park.

The place was relatively clean and nice.

The fact that we couldn't find it as we weren't aware it was part of a resort and still don't understand Seven bays?? I phoned the number given and she hung up without speaking to me, and sent a message via booking.com which told me to ring her husband which I did but no answer at first. Another message to say try again which I did and finally spoke to the husband and he gave me directions to find the place. There are no instructions for the hot water to the kitchen etc, ( apparently the switch for the hot water is upstairs somewhere) no wifi password ( we tried to logon with the numbers on the modem but they did not work. No hand towel for the bathroom. So we left a note saying a WiFi password would have been nice and no hot water to the kitchen. We then were accused of being rude for leaving the note and that we should have rung them. Then we were told not to book with them again. I didn't want to ring them and get hung up on again. I believe that it was hidden from us that the place was in a resort/caravan park, otherwise we would not have booked it. The instructions in the other 17 places we have stayed at have been fantastic and they need to lift their game, explain where the place is and realise that customers could do with explanations on how to use the facilities.

Great location for access to other parts of Cornwall

The property was very clean and close to the amenities on the park. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 dogs. Host was on hand with any questions

Would have been enjoyable stay if hosts took responsibility of our wifi complaint

We were able to connect to the WIFI router, but there was no internet. When contacting the host they merely said it worked the prior day so it must be working. The host did no effort to resolve our complaint. Details on how to get to location and therefore unit in Atlantic Rach was not clear and key lock code sent too late

Location superb easy to get to will recommend the holiday property to everyone standard of property excellent and the welcome pack was superb for information

Lovely, cosy property, excellent hosts!

The property was clean, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. It had a homely feel and was lovely and cosy. We only stayed for one night but had everything we needed. Excellent and friendly communication from the owner Bec beforehand.

The resort was very quiet, but it is February so this was to be expected. We did know this was probably going to be the case so it was not a problem at all.
