Property far excided our expectations, such a lovely property super clean and everything in great condition. Location is super just a few minutes from the A30 and 10 from Newquay. Great communication from host. Only slight downside was the fact we weren't able to access or even pay to use the onsite leasure centre, seems only available for locals and certain properties onsite.

The property is in a great location and has all the little extras that make it home from home. Diane the owner is amazing and was in contact with information right from the moment of booking, even left the light on in the house so we could find it in the dark in the middle of a storm.

The property was neat and tidy with everything needed for a get away. We appreciated the fresh milk provided.
Unfortunately, from the moment that we entered the property there was a strong smell of cigarettes. This made for an uncomfortable stay as we were coughing from the strong air. As non-smokers, we were very disappointed at this odour. I can still smell the smoke when I use my cpap machine a day after leaving. We also had difficulty getting hot water for the shower despite following the owner’s instructions.
