About this cottage rental
The Court is a pretty Cornish cottage renovated to offer guest accommodation for up to five. There are three bedrooms, a double, a twin and a small single and a family bathroom. The quiet village of Probus lies just 6 miles east of the county town of Truro, which boasts Cornwall's only cathedral; great shopping from a range of independent shops; twice weekly farmers' markets; a variety of restaurants; a cinema and great theatre at 'The Hall for Cornwall'. The famous gardens of the Trewithen estate are located just on the edge of the village, with the romantic 'Lost Gardens of Heligan' approximately 25mins away and The Eden Project only ten minutes further.

We stayed in this cottage for 4 nights in mid July 2025(myself, my wife with our 3 children aged from 5 to 12). The cottage was spotless and incredibly clean, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It was easy to find and perfectly located in the heart of Cornwall, which made exploring the area so convenient. The host was very thoughtful even left some milk in the fridge for us with home made scones and local honey which was a lovely touch.Having booked holiday homes in many places through Vrbo, from South Spain, Amsterdam, Germany, Austria, to Italy. I can confidently say this Cornwall cottage was the best in every way. It truly exceeded my expectations.10/10, would highly recommend!

We wanted a base in a central location so we could explore for a week. The cottage was absolutely perfect for our needs (2 Adults and 3 children aged 13, 10 and 9) with plenty of space, good Wi-Fi, a really well equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils, pans and crockery, super comfy beds and above all EVERYTHING was immaculately clean!!! Lovely homemade scones on arrival and Chris popped by to make sure everything was ok for us shortly after we arrived. Brilliant cottage, great communication from the host and we would definitely stay again if we return to Cornwall.
