About this villa rental
Villa La Casita is a cosy and cheerful villa with 2 bedrooms and a private pool, very well located very close to the coveted beach resort of Puerto Pollensa, which is less than 3 km away. The interiors are beautifully furnished in a traditional style and the outdoor areas have cosy terraces and a pleasant garden perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying an outdoor dinner. The villa can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms
As guests approach the villa through a beautiful path, they arrive at a charming L-shaped covered terrace with rest areas surrounded by bushes and flowering plants. The entrance is direct to the dining room/living room, traditionally furnished with many original features and a true Mallorcan atmosphere.
Leaving the living room, and accessed through beautiful arches, there are 2 bedrooms (one double with air conditioning and an old Mallorcan bed, another with 2 single beds with air conditioning) and 2 bathrooms with shower. Another arch leads to the spacious fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the outdoor barbecue area.
Outside, there is a very beautiful and well-maintained garden with stunning views of the mountains and pine forests. The garden has grass and many terraces for sunbathing.
An outdoor barbecue (covered) with a table and chairs for eating outdoors is located at the back of the villa and is the perfect complement for outdoor dining.
The tourist tax is included in the price. Air conditioning: from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
POOL: 8 m wide x 4 m (1 m - 2 m deep) in L-shape with Roman stairs.
Information to be taken into account:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.
On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.
The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Self catering. The quietness of the area
Old and poor TV that we gave up on. Yes satellite is installed and excellent if you understand Germanonly want to watch BBC world news. Pity we couldn',t stream to the TV from iPad it would have been useful, at times.

The outside area was amazing - beautiful pool, lovely gardens, lots of seating and a bbq area. The villa was spacious and had everything we needed. It was stunning actually. The nice gentleman maintaining the pool and garden was friendly and totally unobtrusive. It was good to feel someone was keeping an eye and it was only for a short time each day.The agents looking after the villa were very responsive.
The road is very narrow so if hiring a car bear this mind!

we love the gardens and the features of the property which is traditional, the clean pool, location of the property.
we would have liked notice as to when the owner turned up to clean the pool, as we never knew when to expect him, although he is lovely and friendly we do like our privacy, perhaps an agreed time for his arrival would be better in the future.

Rundherum alles super geklappt. Vor allem das Verhalten während der Coronaviruskrise war vorbildlich. Solange keiner wusste wie es weitergeht wurde die Schlusszahlung verschoben und frühzeitig ein Gutschein für die Anzahlung und eine Kündigung angeboten.
Ein wenig hat gestört, dass der Besitzer täglich ein bis zwei Mal für 1-2 Stunden vorbeigeschaut hat. Er war sehr nett, man fühlte sich aber so ein bisschen überwacht. Auch wenn er nur im Garten gerödelt hat.
