Beautiful, quietly located vacation home in Bon Aire near Alcudia with sea views

A perfect stay – 10/10! We absolutely loved this house. It is spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, just a 4-minute drive from Sant Pere and Sant Joan beaches, in a quiet and charming part of Alcúdia. It was the perfect base for exploring the area while enjoying the peace and beauty of the neighborhood. One of the best surprises was the outdoor space. There are several lovely areas with tables and chairs for eating outside, and the rooftop terrace has an incredible sea view with breathtaking sunsets. We spent every evening there. Another big plus was the air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms have A/C, which is a huge advantage during the Mallorca summer, and there were also two fans available, making the whole house very comfortable even on the hottest days. Gabriele was an amazing host. Communication was excellent from the beginning, and she was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you so much, Gabriele, for your kindness and hospitality. We truly felt at home and hope we can come back one day! 10/10 – Highly recommended!

The house was spacious and well located near the town of Alcudia and small local beaches. You need a car to get there.The house and garden was comfortable in a quiet location on a hill. It only had airconditioning in 2 bedrooms and the home would benefit from airconditioning in the 3rd bedroom, the living room and the small kitchen which gets too hot if you want to cook there. The outside garden with the terrace was extremely nice. We (a family of 6) enjoyed our time there.

All you need in this home.Good place if you want to go to Alcudia (city and beach), Pollença and Formentor.There is also 2 beaches with clear water no far from home and hiking trails.

Comfortable, really well equipped, clean and safe with outside space and equipment of the highest quality. Just a short drive to a beautiful quiet coastline dotted with both sandy and rocky swim spots, a gorgeous port and 4 decent restaurants all within a short drive of the house. In the wider area you have all the action you could want in Alcudia and Pollenca as well as easy access to Playa Formentor which is definitely one of the best beaches on the whole island. Would highly recommend this property and the owner Gabriele was so responsive and helpful too. Don't think twice about this one. Just book it..
