Villa Benvingut is a charming stone villa situated in beautifully maintained private gardens, ideal for enjoying outdoor living under the Mallorcan sun. Located near Pollença and Puerto Pollença, this welcoming property combines traditional Mallorcan character with comfortable interiors, elegant décor and all the amenities necessary for a relaxing holiday.
The villa is laid out on a single storey and has three bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and features large glazed doors providing access to a covered side terrace, as well as an independent door connecting to the covered front porch.
A hallway leads to the master double bedroom, decorated with an elegant wrought iron bed and equipped with an en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the pool area. The villa also has a lovely bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with two single beds and a separate family bathroom with shower.
Outside, the private pool is one of the property's main attractions, with a unique shape and wide Roman steps that facilitate easy access to the water. The gardens are fully fenced and carefully landscaped with native shrubs and flowers, creating a tranquil and private atmosphere.
The outdoor areas include open and covered terraces, as well as a barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals, relaxing in the sun or unwinding at sunset. Information to note:
In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the day of check-out, no rubbish should be left in the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management.
Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), for which reason, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
The tourist tax is included in the price.

Perfect accommodation for a quiet break. Villa is spacious and well appointed. Aircon in bedrooms very appreciated in 30+ heat. The outside space is great - lots of shade and plenty of spots to sunbathe. The pool is brilliant - up to 2m depth and the spa a bonus! Car very useful as bit of a walk to shops & amenities.

Loved staying at the Bevingut villa, which welcomed us with nice rooms, a perfectly equipped kitchen, a lovely pool area, a wonderful garden, a pool and table tennis table, an outside chill out bed and much more. The service via easyvillasmallorca was excellent, we had a baby bed and chair at the villa at the villa after just a short email, our towels were changed during our one-week stay, the grass was cut sometime, when we were away, also the whole villa was cleaned once during that week. We'll definitely be back as soon as possible, because our stay at Benvingut was just perfect!
Actually, next to nothing. Maybe a bit more light in the living room, but not really necessary.

Lots of space in the Villa and really well equipped. Gardens and pool well maintained, a really nice plot. We enjoyed our stay here but the Villa needs some attention. The air-con was not very effective, some of the fixtures needed attention and the Sun Beds need replacing - the pads were really dirty.
The Villa and gardens are really nice but just need a little bit of TLC.
