Can Ros, Villa With Private Pool Just 800 Meter From Pollensa.

When we arrived we were blown away by the garden and pool area- the photos don’t do it justice! The view of the mountains was the cherry on top. Malena the host was very helpful, friendly and approachable. The villa is beautiful and an amazing place to spend two weeks, we didn’t want to leave as it felt like home. A pleasant 15 min stroll into the town centre where there are lots of fantastic restaurants and cafes. The villa was spotlessly clean and the air con was much appreciated in the heatwave! Can Ros deserves all the 5 star reviews as it’s perfect and I can’t fault anything at all. We can’t wait to came back xx

Malena was so friendly and helpful from the start of the booking process to leaving. She answered all communications promptly. The property is in immaculate condition and an ideal quiet location. There’s a restaurant within a 5 minute walk and two supermarkets within a 10 minute walk. Pollenca is a 15 minute walk (please note this is along the main road but you can get onto the verge) or use the fantastic bus service which takes minutes. Alcudia and Puerto Pollenca are also easy to reach by bus. If you have a car there is plenty of parking at the villa. The pool area is clean and well maintained as are the beautiful gardens. The property is equipped with all you require for self catering. The bbq area is clean and easy to use. We were on holiday with our grown up children and their partners and we never felt like we were on top of each other, it’s so spacious. Malena and her family go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and her welcome gifts were a lovely surprise. We would definitely return.

This was an amazing villa and I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Pollenca. Malena the host was wonderful to communicate with and put us at ease. Check in was very straightforward as we were met at the property. The villa and surrounding outdoor space and pool was spotless and maintained to a very high standard. It was the perfect villa for our family holiday; a tranquil, private and peaceful setting, amazing pool and terrace, lovely kitchen, lounge area and bedrooms (with amazing views) and only a 15 minute walk into Pollenca old town. Thank you Malena and family for a wonderful stay, and for my birthday treats. We hope to return one day.

Just back from our stay at the beautiful Can Ros villa, where we had a fantastic's weeks stay. The villa is secluded and private, so feels like a little oasis. The pool area is gorgeous, and the house was perfect for a family holiday. There were 4 of us: 2 adults and 2 kids, but could've handled 2 more adults, as there is a separate bedroom and shower room downstairs, as well as 2 beds and bathroom upstairs-all air conditioned. There's also a separate shower room and utility room, as well as a semi-outdoor room for table tennis. The photos do it justice-it is a lovely set up. It's close to Pollenca-15 mins walk (although we drove in), which is a beautiful old town. Would recommend 'Onze' as a restaurant, in the main square. Cala sant Vinenc and Formentor are also lovely places to visit-stunning scenery. Special thanks go to Malena (Magdelena), who was a lovely welcoming host and set the villa up perfectly, including towels and even a bottle of wine. Would thoroughly recommend this villa. We picked it for a family holiday, and it did not disappoint. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and we literally had to peel them out of it every day!
