Villa Auba a charming traditonal Mallorca Villa, situated in the rural countryside of Eu Bosc and approached by a gated private driveway which has recently been lovingly renovated , decorated stylishly, keeping many of its original stone features and Mallorcan artefacts throughout which enhance the villas natural charm and character.Entry door located at the back of the villa is accessed through a lovely pergola entertaining BBQ area.
Front door with its covered terrace leads you into a spacious open-plan lounge/dining with its high beamed ceilings, incorporating a feature bar-style dining area with chairs, with its decorative stone motif, which also includes the open-plan American style fully fitted kitchen, located directly behind the bar dining.
Lounge and kitchen area has direct access to a covered terrace facing the pool and gardens.Stairs lead up from the lounge/Kitchen area to the galleried mezzanine with two single beds and wardrobe.
