Information to bear in mind:



In case of loss of keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the day of check-out, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), for which reason close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
