About this apartment rental
The apartment is located on the bay of Port Alcúdia, just before Muro and has direct beach access. The area is very quiet, there are only private houses and no hotels on this stretch of beach. The white sandy beach begins directly and without a street or promenade behind the beautifully landscaped home garden.
Furnishing:
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a wonderfully glazed conservatory with a direct view of the sea. Depending on the season and temperature, this can be opened or closed completely.
There is air conditioning and heating. WiFi and TV are also available.
House & location
The apartment is on the 1st Floor of a house with 4 residential units. You can reach the beach from the side through the otherwise private garden, here you will also find a garden shower and beach chairs for guests. You can easily find parking spaces in the street in front of the house.
There is a great beach bar with excellent cuisine about 200 meters away and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. A supermarket and other shops are in the area of approx. 700 meters. A hospital, doctors and other restaurants as well as cafes are within a radius of 8 km.
It is a nice walk along the beach to the port of Port Alcudia (approx. Half an hour). The old town of Alcudia is about 5-10 minutes away by car, but can also be reached by bus and bicycle.
Since the apartment has heating, it can also be used optimally in the cold months. In the winter months it can be booked as a long-term rental.
Unfortunately, there are still a few innovations and now we (as vacation rentals) as well as the hotels have to pay the tourist tax. This amount depends on the period and season. Please feel free to contact us!

Apartment has a beautiful view on the garden and the beach. You can hear the waves when sitting in living room/terasse. It is not a modern apartment but has all you need (although we would have preferred a capsule coffee maker, the ones that are there didn’t match our coffee taste). The apartment is located on the first floor so there are a few stairs to get inside. One thing to correct in description is about the private garden that is located in front of the property. We didn’t have right to access the garden (we were reminded that multiple times what was not really necessary) and there are mixed information about where to get sun loungers from and which garden shower to use. Sun loungers we saw were not in a good state and dirty and shower didn’t work so I would not advertise that this is at disposal if you rent the apartment or to clarify. High chair and crib are also available, you just need to ask for them. There are no blackout curtains so had to bring mine for the toddler. If you don’t have a car, groceries are at least 10 mins walking distance. For all other shops you still need to walk a bit, too.
The property manager was flexible about check in and check out times which we appreciated but came 15 mins before check out and put a lot of pressure on us to leave asap.
All in all, a very good value for the money! You are steps away from very nice calm beach in calm area.

Just perfect for a weeks break. Quite area on beach, great local restaurant within 100metres and 10 min walk to a brilliant deli/bakery.

Prime location on the beach, lovely apartment, well equiped, spacious and an amazing view of the sea. Beautiful mature gardens. Efficient and speedy response from owner at all times.
